Please, when you are in Wallingford, make this a place to visit, looking into the widow you might be mistaken in thinking it's small! This is made up by quality and service in abundance, the food is exceptionally good and large portions served promptly. Thumbs up. Thank the young team at front of house and equally the mature staff, chef,owner for the support they offer.Thank you for your great service.

Have had good meals from here before but the delivery service is very poor. In the past we have had items missing but they then came out again with missing items, do continued to us them. This time though placed order for 1 hour delivery. When not with use after 1.5 hours chased and it was delivered 1 hour late. When opened it up it was completely the wrong order and luke warm. Contacted restaurant and be they said they would get order to us on 30 minutes. It arrived about 45 mins later. The right order came but way over spiced compared to the same dishes ordered before. Did write to restaurant with our experience but as no reply I assume they don't care, so I will take my busy elsewhere on future.

We love Indian food and have been to a lot of restaurants. This one is right up there with the best we've had. Flavours were spot on, really good value for money and the service was excellent. If we lived locally we'd definitely be back....many times!

We don't bother ordering from anywhere else in this area as this place is our number 1 favourite Indian restaurant. I Highly recommended them.The food that we ordered, the restaurant catered to our needs and especially for my child who's very fussy when it comes to food..Everything was perfect and delicious. 😋I cannot fault them at all..The Lamb biryani is my number 1 favourite and was amazing and flavourful, and their kebabs and Chicken saag is delicious.. Everything was so mouth watering and delicious 😋 ☺️We have tried many other dishes from them and they are all amazing and flavourful..And Friendly reliable service, staff are amazing. Definitely try them, you wont be disappointed.. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Delivery time was good, portion size was great. But the food was a bit cold, the chicken was dry, and the prices are pretty high for that level of quality. But for a hangover it'll do.

We had lovely curry here and were able to use our taste card. The staff were very friendly and patient with our taking a long time to order. My veg dhansak was lovely and my partner said his prawn biryani was one of the best he’s ever had. The reason it’s a 4 and not a 5, is they had no beer on tap despite the menu listing several, and the restaurant tables are very close together so it felt crowded and noisy. We went on a Wednesday night and it was really busy, when we left we saw it was their deal night, but no one thought to mention it!

I've been coming here for the past 10 years and although it's changed several hands during that time it's still my favourite in Wallingford. I took my Nan and they were very friendly and accommodating. Although they no longer do a Sunday buffet their Sunday Thalli dish was a great deal with 4 dishes, rice and naan and it each dish tasted great, nothing was overcooked.

The staff and the Wallingford Tandoori, made a real effort with being on the ball with table service. Other than missing out a glass of wine (which was due to an error) everything else was spot on and we were always asked if we had everything we needed. The food is reasonably priced and is really tasty. There is a large variety to choose from and sometimes can be a little overwhelming, however in the end you do find the dish you want. The restaurant is cosy, it is not very big inside however that keeps table management good. Overall our meal was really good and I would definitely recommend coming here for an Indian meal.
