I visited the place on the weekdays afternoon. So the restaurant was not that busy. Food was good. I like their garlic bread the most. Giving 4 stars as the service was bit slow even though there was only two tables busy at that time.

Booked a group meal well in advance for a special occasion. All meals ordered in advance. Many of the choices were not available on the night (we had been warned there might be some changes due to supply difficulties) and had to be changed. We arrived at 7pm but no food arrived until at least 8. The main courses were very poor, cold or dry and much left on the plates. By 10pm we had not got any deserts so just gave up. The restaurant seemed to have no real chef and very few staff. The whole evening was a disaster. I nor none of my visiting group will return.

A delicious lunch to celebrate Daughter in laws birthday. We loved it all.. Daughter in law really enjoyed her Birthday cocktail. Thank you

Usually quite good but poor service today. Whilst staff were polite and friendly, it was very slow, we had missing food and incorrect orders. The restaurant was fairly empty, a bit over 50% full on the ground floor and empty on the first floor so being busy wasn't the reason. Food was reasonable, but difficult to recommend based on this visit.

Friendly staff, tasty food and prompt service. You are encouraged to order through their website, which was difficult to navigate, despite being relatively IT literate. Otherwise, good experience and nice food.

Nice place, the food was really tasty.

Overall very poor service for a Wednesday evening! It took staff 20 minutes to serve us after we had been seated. We weren’t told on arrival they had run out of lasagne. When our order had be taken it took an additional 20/25 minutes for our drinks to arrive. We had to ask for cutlery and weren’t asked about our meal. Overall very disappointing.

Avoid this place on Friday night! I ordered 3 pizzas by phone and was told to come in 30 minutes. I eventually had to wait onsite 25 minutes more and received pizzas very far of a standard Zizzi quality!! Yes, I’ve got 30% discount for waiting, but it doesn’t cover out disappointment when we opened the boxes at home! Please see the pictures - this miserable pepperoni is what we’ve got instead of “Rustica Meat Sofia” - lots of ingredients are just missing. Will never come back again!

This restaurant is in the centre of Henley, on the main road. From the outside, the pretty window is deceiving as it looks small, but once you enter it's like a Tardis - absolutely huge. The building is one of the oldest in the town and it's been cleverly decorated, with quirky features. There's both downstairs and upstairs seating. We sat downstairs at the back. We did pre-book, as it can get quite busy and a steady flow of guests, meant all the tables were eventually full. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing a good service. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant. You can either order via the online system, or with the waiting staff. 3 of us had an array of dishes including prawn skewers, garlic bread, salad, chicken, beef, pizza, desserts and drinks. The total cost was just over £100, which is pricey, but the food was really good. We were not rushed and thoroughly enjoyed the evening. I would certainly recommend this to others. Parking is available in the town behind waitrose and it's free after 6pm.

Very impressed. Chef excellent food presented well service polite yet friendly. First visit to this Zizi and in my eyes they did well today. I’m not fussy as a person but if I was it would be difficult to complain. I don’t like cashless payments though and they do insist on using a website to order your food directly to the kitchen. This may seem great for millennials but us boomers will be frustrated by forced into tech websites. The ordering website is ok but “add to order” must be tapped twice or it doesn’t. Overall this restaurant is very nice and staff are too. Very happy. A great restaurant is the sum of the people that run it.
