It's quite a good restaurant. The staff are also very responsive. It also has flexible options for people with any allergies. The food was also tasty and well presented.

Visited here as a group of 9 last Saturday evening. The food was really tasty and everyone enjoyed their meal. It was reasonable priced and despite the restaurant being busy, the service was good. We would highly recommend and will go again.

Excellent food and service, until about half way through our meal when it became a bit chaotic. We were sat near the entrance where people were hovering whilst waiting for their tables, some were waiting over 40 minutes after having booked a time and then one large table were asked to leave, so they were then hovering round us still with pints in their hands. It then took half an hour to get a coffee and our bill, even though we'd asked three times. Very good value for money though.

I assume this is the best Indian restaurant in town even though it is small. The food is cooked to its ultimate taste. The service and staff were very good as well. You need a booking on weekends as it gets packed very often. Their special lamp biryani is highly recommended.

We chose this place for my Birthday. It is honestly such a good place for Indian cuisine. Location is great (there are a few places for drinks before or after) The service was very efficient and we were always looked after. In terms of the food, it was very good and it uses far less cream than normal Indian takeaways, I ordered the lamb curry and my partner was recommended the vegetarian dish. The portions were big! but we were able to take it home with usOverall, I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a curry in Southampton. The price is very reasonable and would suit either couples or a group of friends.

Pretty good curry. Traditional dishes uplifted a little bit. Lamb samosas for starter were excellent with a little variety of sauces. Had lamb shank for main in an ocean of sauce. Could have been a little more tender but favours were excellent.

One of the friendliest staff I've ever seen. Everyone was so nice and helpful.Food was tasty and it came fast.Prices are more than reasonable and also the restaurant is very clean!I'll definitely come back to try more dishes. I literally have nothing bad to say about this place

Ordered a take away for collection and have to say, it was fabulous. Had the Gosht Patiala and it really was one of the finest lamb curries I’ve had. Tandoori king prawns? Lovely. Garlic chilli naan? Spicy. Onion bhajis? Peppery and delicious. Will, without doubt, order here again.Oh, just ordered again. Quick and delicious. Really outstanding restaurant

My husband and I stumbled upon this restaurant while on our anniversary stay in south Hampton and couldn’t believe the gem we had found. It was filled to the brim and probably one of their busiest months being the lead up to Christmas.Despite having all tables taken and a Christmas party going on, they managed to organise a table for us just at the entrance in less than 5 minutes. The service was super fast and friendly and they constantly checked on us and when the dishes came out they explained what everything was. We are every single last bit of the 7 dishes we ordered!I will definitely be back.

As much as I enjoy being a food critic I honestly can’t fault the service, the food or the atmosphere.Well done, the food was fantastic I loved the Chicken kali mirchi the spice was just right not too hot and the flavour was amazing…. and the deserts menu looked amazing too but unfortunately, I did not have enough room! Also the pina-colada I had was very nice and not drowned in rum which was a pleasant surprise!I will be sure to return in my next visit to Southampton.
