Beefeater Grill at The Balmoral Inn in Southampton

Worth your time and 💰. Very relaxing place and service top notch. Family planned for Peppa pig, booked premier Inn for stay. It was very convenient to book restaurant part of premier Inn for breakfast and dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast as well as dinner(2 nights) roast n vegan.

Reduced menu but that wasn't a problem at all. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was cooked just as we wanted and service was very relaxed but efficient. Definitely recommend.

Stayed overnight for work. Had one of the best steaks(T-Bone) that I've eaten in a long while. Friendly efficient staff made sure we were looked after without being over attentive

The breakfast buffet is unbelievably good,on a separate occasion we were disappointed that when we asked for a macaroni and cheese without the butternut squash and we're told 'we can't it just comes mixed and we bung it in the microwave'......

We arrived 15 minutes before the breakfast closed. We were cheerily grested by Nicola F and her team. They informed us of the short time frame which was fine as we only wanted a quick drink. They were very friendly and helpful throughout out time there.

Generally not too busy but best to pre-book if it's a popular time (12-1). Great food for the reasonable prices they're at on the lunch menu. Good selection of drinks at the bar. Quick service, often go down there for lunch at work so to get food and drinks sorted in an hour is impressive. Very friendly staff.

Wonderful service and friendly staff today fir Sunday lunch. My daughter had a brilliant chicken burger and my wife and I had a lovely roast turkey dinner both from the festive menu. With the roasts we got a chance to choose our own veg from the carvery hatch. Brussels a bit under cooked for my liking but roasties and parsnips were to die for!Have the trifle for desert which was very nice. A lot of lovely dishes to choose from so will have to go back!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The pub/ restaurant has pleasant decor with comfortable seating.Good selection for the menu and service is pretty quick. Everything I've tried has been tasty but sometimes better than othersOverall nice place to eat, not to expensive, but can be busy with young families at times.

Lot of items missing from the menu at dinner but not told until tried to order them. Not impressed. We were there for breakfast the next day but the selection was limited. Tables were not being cleared, see photos.
