Lovely lady Lucy she was serving us tonight. Lucy has excellent customer service skills helpful, polite great knowledge of all food served also asked about allergies and the 3 course meal we had was amazing. Good value for money. We will be back with the rest of the family.

It was our wedding anniversary and the team were amazing. Our table had love heart confetti on it and they they offered us complimentary drinks. The food was delicious and it was a memorable evening. Thanks so much to Julie (manager?) and Lucy for making our night so much fun!

I dined in with my partner today. Generally, we enjoyed it. The setting and atmosphere was relaxing, the food was nice and the staff were friendly.I would definitely recommend the Carbonara - it is to die for.Only reason this is a 4 star review is because the restaurant had a strong smell of cheese upon entry.Overall, an enjoyable, tasty dinner. Would recommend to a friend.

Lovely place for my birthday surprise! Lovely waiter. Only thing I would say is, the pasta with duck wasn't very good. The meat was minced. Last time I had a dish like this in Bella Italia, the duck was pieces. So much nicer.

Brilliant meal.Victoria was a brilliant waitress.The food was perfect too.It was not too busy but the first girl ( a larger woman) insinuated that being a bit late for the booking was a problem. It's was weird to be fair.Victoria made up for the bad start to our evening.We took out tome to order and eat and there was no problem!

Really nice 3 course meal with my Husband. We did a date day and came to Bella Italia for lunch before heading to the cinema. Lovely atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Being a lunch time on a Thursday there was only 4 or 5 tables occupied. Would go again for sure. Beautiful food & cocktails!!

Gorgeous food, lovely staff. We would have tipped more but the instructions on the terminal were a little bit complicated. May I suggest in future asking the customer if they'd like to tip then typing it in yourself. Thank you.
