Pretty standard Wetherspoons establishment. Tables well spaced, excellent staff, good food. Interesting historic information of Shirley around the walls

Whenever I came here I found a decent selection of beers. Not too crowded like many other pubs, excellent for a pint

Went in for breakfast for first time since before lockdown Cooked breakfast was reasonable for the price but made up for it with all the free hot drinks when you only pay for first one!!!

We regularly use The Bright Water Inn to Eat and have a drink the food is good fresh well cooked and presented. The service is friendly and prompt The staff are polite and professional

Really delicious 😊 had scrambled eggs on toast £2.85 good sized portions and a Pepsi max on the side can't remember the price of the drink? Super clean and tidy! Disabled friendly plenty of spaces and atmosphere is really friendly! Staff are very friendly and helpful, definitely worth a look at! Big screen TV for sports etc... 5*😁

Ale was well kept. Food good value for money. Staff were nice and quick to point out a suitable replacement when the beer that I wanted wasn't available.

Had a party of 6 which included some children, had great service from the moment we walked in. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was enjoyable and great value. And the kids enjoyed picking their menu. The whole experience was above what I expected and the staff were top draw

Slow service, short staffed took over an hour for a breakfast bap which was cold when we got it, couldn't be bothered to complain and wait for another. We were told food would take 20 minutes when we ordered but it took more than 3 times that. Very poor.

We've been here before and found it all a bit sticky. This time, tables were well spaced, it was easy to order and we enjoyed a leisurely breakfast. The waiter was friendly and helpful, and was diligently disinfecting tables - great to see.
