Burger King in Southampton

Chicken sandwiches not available. Tables dirty and cluttered, bins overflowing at around 7.30 pm. Beggers asking for money while seated in restaurant. Not impressed!

We popped in here on a busy Saturday whilst walking through town.Its always packed. But once you try the food, you understand why.Everything is cooked to mouthwatering perfection, and the cost is just right.That's why we come back again and again.

Not busy. Staff cleaning tables constantly so we had a clean table to use. Two whopper meals for £8.45 on the app deal. Ideal for a lunch snack as we finished our shopping after.

Burgers poorly constructed, do not taste as fresh and good as they did in the past, server masked, also a screan in front so hearing made almost impossible, which I get because of covid but was happy to handle our straws without gloves, poor all round

I'd have given it a given a 5 star review if Burgerking took good old English money like before! Using a cold as an excuse not to take physical cash is a pretty poor kick in the teeth to those that only have cash. I'd also give a higher score if the term Fast food came back! What happened to the old days you'd place your order and within seconds have it on a tray rather than now where you place an order and watch the next ten customers get their orders before you do! Burger King has to go old-school to get higher ratings in my eyes and look after the customer rather than themselves.

My Burger King visit was my first in about 5 years and I found my burger was as good as I remembered. My disappointment in Burger King was it was full of noisy and unruly kids whose Mums couldn't be bothered to cook for their little darlings. My next visit won't be at tea time.

I would of given you No stars if I could do because this Evening I Witnessed a staff member Smoking at the back Entrance and the smoke was blowing back into the door so the kitchen or whatever Area would be contaminated now and the staff member would smell of Cigarette smoke. Yuck Disgusting.. I think all staff Members who smoke should Smoke Away from the Restaurant and change clothes

Always a long queue with one cashier serving, yet plenty of staff milling about in the back of the kitchen having a chat. Winds me up. Food's good (if you can be bothered to queue for what seems like an eternity!)

Good Covid measures however makes the place look very sparse. Burger from here was very tasty however a little on the cooler side. Obviously not microwaved long enough. Chips were great. Supersized Macdonald's versions. Self service drinks machine is fun and good for free refills.
