Burrito Mexicana in Southampton

!!AVOID!! AVOID!! Ordered from here tonight. Food was terrible! Waited for an hour an a half to find out the chips and drink were missing and the pizza that i ordered wasnt even what turned up! Different size, toppings?? Tried to call more than 10 times. No answer. Will never EVER order from here again. Waste of money and time.

food was over an hour later than suggested ......when it arrived it as cold and tasted disgusting when i called they just hung up.............and DELIVEROO couldnt give a dam

The food is usually good in my opinion, but getting it delivered has become an absolute nightmare! More than once, we've placed an order, not had a tracker to keep us updated, called the restaurant and not got through. I've been waiting almost two hours for three items! I'm sure I've ordered from here in the past without this issue, but the last couple of times this has happened, which is not ideal (I'm very hangry if you couldn't tell). I'll probably avoid in the future until I hear they've improved their service.

Really disappointing experience, ordered through you via Uber Eats, which you use your own delivery team for. I placed my order with you at 5:30 pm and didn't arrive with me until 7:15 pm. I called the restaurant several times but no one answered - when the food arrived it was cold. there were 2 items on my order, I can not get my head around how it took nearly 2 hours to get to me. don't waste your time, AVOID!

Terrible. Ordered online, the restaurant did not pick up the phone at all. 15 missed calls.Order came an hour later, not a single item correct.Mouldy and stale nachos. AVOID

Well... Sorry to say that but this wasn't too great food. It arrived hot from deloveroo that's good but for three mains we paid 34 GBP burrito was tiny, the rice was well not Mexican...(the rice was yellow and long) the vegetarian dish was sour! Bad sour! Not hot :( and no soured cream served on the side.... The food was quite greasy. :(

THE WORST PLACE DO NOT EAT HERE. FOOD NEVER ARRIVED. Ordered our food 2 hours ago. Told it would be here in an hour by 8.30. Its now 9.30. No one answering the phone. Can't even claim the money back as Uber says the food is on it's way. Have given up and gone elsewhere. Total waste of time.

Ordered at 5pm, no food at 6.45pm - they called and told me that they only have 2 drivers and traffic was bad (the England game was on, no one was driving about). I said I would cancel the order so they hung up. Rubbish, will never order with them again. Wish I had checked the Google review before ordering.

Portion sizes where very good, burritos were tasty, chicken wings where delicious. Ordered through just eat and came on time. I wouldn't say this is the best take on Mexican food I have had but I would say its very tasty and will be going back again.

Estimated delivery 40-50 mins, called every half hour and kept getting politely told they were busy and it would be another half hour. It's no excuse, if they can't manage an order they shouldn't have accept it. They also promised to send some extras because it was so late. After 2hrs 45mins the food finally showed up, no extras, and the order was wrong. Terrible service. Avoid.
