Extremely disappointed with the service and quality of food. We waited for 10 minutes to be seated before I had to go up and ask if we could have a table, despite multiple staff seeing us waiting with no acknowledgment. Despite paying £12.50, we received a burnt coffee, one slice of soggy toast with overcooked poached eggs and unripe avocado that was like biting into an avocado. When we mentioned this to the staff, that brushed it off and said that’s just what the price is. Absolute rip off and would not recommend the experience.

The waiting staff were lovely and attentive but the food quality has really gone downhill. Lukewarm beef served with papardelli that felt like it had been sat under a heat lamp & garlic focaccia that was greasy. It's a shame because previous experiences of Carluccio's have been really good. If you're going to charge £17 for a pasta main that's just heated up on site and served with pasta, at least try and do it right. Better pasta at Zizzi's (which, let's be fair ain't great either).

Very disappointed, bought a good to go bag, 3 of the 4 items were 2 months out of date! Extremely let down as this was my first experience of this supposed premium cafe/restaurant.
