Domino's Pizza in Southampton

“Too dangerous” to enter my flat building. Made me go down and collect at 1am. Rude and abrasive delivery driver.

They totally do not understand about food restrictions and cross contamination, just refuse to serve you. I have sent 3 complaint emails to head office and left a poor trust pilot review, no response, just don't care, terrible customer service

Couldn't do a delivery because I wasn't in catchment area. Manager was very helpful, excellent customer service.

I came in shop and place a order for collection and when I collected pizza wrong then they said I will send u other pizza when delivery came at home pizza again wrong in delivery and then I go to shop they are relly relly a rude he take a wrong pizza from me and throw away time is 7:20pm to 7:27pm Friday 21/January 😡😡😡

I ordered, I track my order. It said it was already delivered but never came to my house (adress was correct). I try to call, nobody answers... 15 pounds to the trash... thank you dominos, switching to papa jones

EVERY single time I order here I regret it. They are incapable of making pizza correctly lol. There is almost no cheese, again. The toppings are pretty much all on 2 slices of the pizza, again, and I haven't even bothered ringing up to complain his time because the manager as good as laughs of you complain and asks "well, what can I do about it now"

My order didn’t arrive and I waited for 2 hours. Store even didn’t bother to answer my calls. I called many times. Money not refunded. Probably my worst take away experience ever.Ridiculous. Unacceptable.

The pizza came late for a start, blamed unable to enter a hotel. So ended up with a half cold pizza by the time it arrived. Ordered a 13'5 pizza but ended up with a 11'5. Absolute joke!!!!

2 minutes agoNEWSuch a horrible place I called domino's tonight to make an order for delivery and they just made me call all around Southampton and all staff from Southampton branches (Shirley and avenue) were really rude and unhelpful and full if lies. I have been ordering from them for many years last one was about 2 or 3 weeks ago .they need to hire people that actually want to work and don't want to close the shot an hour early like in shirley. Very disappointed and upset with them and they have lost a good costumer that use to order a lot from them

Due to COVID-19, I choose to order online and deliver to me. Every time the driver is friendly and fast, pizza is delicious and hot.
