Dora's Cups & Cones in Southampton

Awful food, awful service. Our meal was cold, the waiter stuck his finger in our food and told us that is how it should be!!! Cold!!! We then found a hair a in a meal, the waitress said that no one was blonde in the restaurant, and almost made us feel like we had put the hair there ourselves!! There was no apology, complete attitude and no compensation. It’s a shame because we were recommended to go there and it was a complete disappointment. Some general manners would of been appreciated! The food was awful and so was the service!! Do not recommend!!!!

Portuguese food da best (in Europe) Plus I think the octopus tastes much better in takeaways. I assume it can get juicer and the baby potatoes absorb all the octopus juice too! 🤤

Wings and drinks were amazing. However, got one of the most expensive items on the menu the grilled octopus and was left very disappointed. No seasoning and the octopus was very chewy, coming from someone who loves a lobster. Also very long term wait for food but that may be due to valentines day.Not 100 disappointed due to the drinks and wings. Other then that... maybe ill try somewhere else.

Very bad experience went there for the first time.My octopus was off and the potatoes was not fresh at all taste old like been in the fridge for a week or so. complaint and the chef start shouting in the kitchen saying that I should eat at home if I didn't like it. That is not nice to hear as we are paying.The server with glasses she was very helpful that is why I gave 2 stars just as the server was feeling sorry to hear thatNever again ...

Food was tasty enough, ordered the all you can eat wings and fries.Food was very hot, good amount of wings supplied when topping up.Lost a star as it felt under staffed for the amount of customers meaning we was often left waiting to order more food or drinks and also the music was too loud so our table couldn't hold a proper conversation.

I didnt expect the chicken to be as tasty as it was. The steak, back ribs and pork belly were even better than they sound, authentic flame grilled flavour. Fairly plain decour and loud atmosphere are the only cons to this delightful restaurant. Really nice cocktails also. Lovely meal. Pricey but value for money.

All you can eat rib night Thursday was excellent value and huge portions. The meat quality and bbq smoke alone packs so much flavour, and then their sauce gives it an extra kick. Great service. Will definitely be back

So I turned up without booking a table and they were all full. Instead of turning me away they really tried to accommodate me and managed to fit me into a tight slot. They did not have to do this at all and it goes above and beyond good customer service; which should absolutely be rewarded thustly. I ordered the Ronnie Pickering and by far this was one of the best burgers I've had, with a price of less than £15 including a side! Very impressed and this will be my go-to place in Southampton from now on.

We went with our 3 teenage children and had a lovely meal. A lot of variety, super tasty food and generous portions. My daughter ordered the ribs and they were huge! The atmosphere is great and the staff were very friendly and attentive.
