Dining in for lunch with my family yesterday and the food was great. I personally recommend the Nashville Chicken burger but there are a few options for meat eaters and vegetarians alike. The service was incredible and staff were very accommodating to some of the fussy eaters in our party, adapting items to preferred tastes. When a fire alarm went off in the shopping centre and people began to be evacuated, we were concerned as the restaurant is on the fourth floor of West Quay. However the staff ensured that our party, with a wheelchair user, were promptly taken to safety by a member of staff. I cannot recommend the restaurant enough, we had eaten there twice before this and loved our food but I wanted to write this review to shout out the amazing team and exceptional customer service.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Been a few times now with my brother and his partner and my partner. Always get great service. Staff are very attentive. Food is excellent. I’m dairy intolerant and always have the dairy free chocolate milkshake which I highly recommend!! Will definitely be coming back soon

I was there with my boyfriend, waiting for 30 minutes to be served. The beer was too warm, and the food never came even though other people that arrived after us were served before us with the same thing we ordered. We didn't have a good experience so bear that in mind if you decide to go there.I would give them 0 stars if possible.

Went to Ed's with my daughter. We were greeted by a friendly atmosphere and service was very good. We were not made to wait for ages to be served, the food was lovely. Staff were attentive and very polite. Will be returning again soon. Lovely experience and will recommend 😊

Waited 30 minutes to be seated, were told at the door that they’re out of chicken wings - that’s fine, we’re vegetarian. Finally get inside and order a £2.99 mac and cheese kids’ meal for my son, only to be told that whoops, they’re also out of mac and cheese. If someone had mentioned this to us, we would not have wasted half an hour waiting.Scrutinised the menu for something else we could order for him instead and ended up paying £5.49 for a full-sized serving of plant-based chicken tenders. Would’ve been an additional £3.00 for fries, so that was out. He did not get a kids’ drink either because they told us they were unable to substitute any veggie items into the kids’ meal.I then ordered nachos as an appetiser only to be told, whoops - they’re also out of nachos! Again, this was never mentioned to us while we were waiting for 30 minutes outside the restaurant. But we soldier on, and end up sitting and waiting over 10 minutes for them to bring us our drinks (a diet Coke and a tap water - nothing fancy). Tables around us, who had been seated after us, all had drinks - we had nothing. Flagged down a passing server - nothing. Eventually had to go up to the counter and remind them that we still had no drinks. Servers were quite rude and unhelpful. The wait for the food was ages and the food itself was not impressive - not worth the wait or the aggravation. They forgot my side of fries when the food finally arrived! Will definitely not be eating here again!

Initially I thought this was going to make a welcome change from the fast food fare. Burger was only okay and all a bit overpriced. Milk shake was the best thing. £5

An American themed restaurant, makes me think I'm staring in Happy Days. There is a good menu choice and a plant based section which is ok. The service was friendly I was told I may need to wait 10 minutes before they served me, that was ok and they did come over way before the 10 minutes. food arrived quickly.

Great service, and food.Managed to cope well with what I assume was being understaffed. Only 2 servers, but they worked their socks off, and kept us updated on waiting times to be seated.Once seated we were tended to promptly and courteously. If you decide to get the spicy hot dog, it is quite hot. And, personally, I'd not go with the vegan hot dog: the texture was pretty weird.Definitely grab a milkshake or three. Really yummy. Enjoyed the Oreo one very much!

It was very tasty. The only issue we had was that half of what we wanted to order wasn't available. The staff were polite and friendly.
