Comfy, clean and friendly staff. The breakfast was good too! I stayed here with my family of four that included a toddler and an 11 month old baby and they really enjoyed the stay.

Having stayed here a few years ago we decided to book again as we are fans of the Accor group. Itβs still a good hotel but there are some issues which made the stay a little uncomfortable: although wear and tear is evident now but it is clean. They had 3 very shifty looking security guards at the door at all times which made me rather uneasy. The lifts broke which was a little scary and meant we had to climb to the 5th and top floor. Although itβs not really evident when booking, pets are allowed and depending on your personal disposition this could be a good or bad feature. The car park is Β£10 per night just in case you miss it. Lastly, and I do understand comic factors may be affecting this, on of our favourite feature of the Novotel is the buffet breakfast. At Β£13 per adult and free for children it represents terrific value and a little treat when away. However on this occasion the food quality was low, the selection was very restricted and even though it was not particularly busy it was excruciatingly slow to be refilled. The only pastry on offer was miniature croissants and they were out only twice in the hour we were there. In conclusion, hard to know what to make of it but not as complete a stay as our previous one.

I had a fantastic stay at the N9vitel Southampton. Staff were friendly and the Manager Superb in hospitality and friendliness. I stayed both in a twin room and superior room and preferred the twin only because I thought it better value. The amenities are first class and cleanliness to a very high standard.I would recommend this unique place to stay to all.I will definitely revisit aga8n.Thank you to Marty and staff for a superb and memorable stay.

Service was brilliant on check in. Rooms were clean and close together. Full English self-service breakfast buffet π lovely.Due to not having phones in the rooms (being covid safe) any needs or wants is done via WhatsApp, which is better as everyone is always on their phones π. The response on WhatsApp was slow or non responsive. However, as this was a birthday weekend , staff had left a lovely surprise in the rooms..Thank you so much, you really made their birthdays special β€οΈ. Very friendly staff and helpful thank you Marta and Giggs π

Lovely hotel, however, it seemed to be rather loud during the night with people banging doors and running in corridor. The hotel is in a great location in Southampton. We were very greatful to greated by Dhanush who went above and beyond for us!! Swimming pool and sauna are great. Breakfast was delicious!!

Lovely hotel, bar was nice, breakfast was lovely, lots of choice and members of staff to help you.Our room was the executive room which included a nespresso machine and tea making facilities, very handy. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom a decent size with added extras, ie soap, shampoo, shaving set etc.Pool was a good size but often became busy. The hotel is situated right in the middle of an industrial park so you would have thought it would be noisy from the rooms but it's not, the double windows meant it kept the noise out.Had a really good night's sleep.Only downside was that the hotels restaurant wasn't open in the evening so we went out for dinner, but lots of restaurants nearby, walking distance .

Rooms are comfortable, but for a 4star establishment the menu is very limited. Children's menu is great value. Food is OK, but not worthy of 4 stars.

We enjoyed our stay there. Our room was prepared nicely before we checked in with our children. Breakfast is really good. The staff are friendly and helpful. Car parking is Β£10 a day. There is gym and swimming pool and sauna on site. Our room is good but the set up is a bit strange as the toilet is separated from main bathroom and you will have to wash your hand in the different room. The night we stayed someone directly below were playing loud music and we called recipient and it was stopped. We will stay there again

Clean and good customer service from front desk. Breakfast was so-so with no non dairy option readily available for tea and coffee (maybe available if you ask). The pool was not working when I was there- but I'm not sure if it's a ongoing issue. Will stay again.

Wonderful hotel, very clean. Very helpful staff. Family friendly. It was my daughters birthday and the lovely receptionist handed gifts to both of my children. Very clean pool. We will definitely be back.
