Five Guys in Southampton

Delicious American style burgers and amazing fries. Just like the Five Guys in the US, a little taste of the Midwest is great to find in Southampton. The dining area is kept clean, the food is spectacular and portions are generous. Love it!

Great burger. So many bonus fries in the bag, thx. Free soda refills. A little overpriced. Standard cheeseburger, medium fries and soda for over 17£…

So we all know the food. I wanted to express my gratitude and thanks to Andrew! he was so friendly and supported me as a new customer. Amazing customer service skills and really enjoyed my experience that he provide me and by the looks of it he provides to everyone who comes to the counter.Highly recommend five guys in Southampton based on this one gentleman alone.

1st timersOrdering was ok you custom make you're burger 🍔 😋 and order you're sides and drinksThe chips were nice I had the cagun seasoning which were spicy , the hot dog sausage was a little chewieThe burger was quite nice .However the price is alittle steep for what is essentially burger chips and soft drinksBurger starts at £7 which I think is a little expensiveSo it was a nice experience but it's not a place that I will be regular at

Best burgers in Southampton without a doubt. Pretty decent shakes as well. Yeah it’s a bit pricey but well worth it for sure.

I'd heard so much about how good Five Guys was that when given the opportunity to have lunch there I said yes please.I wish I'd gone somewhere else.There was nothing actually wrong with it.The staff were polite but busy.The burger was a burger, I've had better. The bun looked like it had been sat on.The fries were ok, again nothing special.And .. finally the much talked about milk shake. It was average... not nearly as good as I was expecting..it was just a milkshake.So 3 stars and it will be a long time before I go back...sorry.

Very expensive for what it is, burger was alright but the fries were very short, and the milkshakes was not very well mixed there was a lump of chocolate at the bottom. The server was not very friendly and gave me a pocket full of change on a 5£ change. Won't be coming back

A really decent place. The burgers are absolutely delicious, the fries are tasty and the option of free re-fills is a spot-on solution.I am concerned about a few things, however: the presentation of fries and the lack of dips. The fries are put in the cups and most of them are scattered inside the paper bag. They are still nice, however, but it kind of spoils the look.There were only two sauces available, one of them actually ran out pretty quickly. I hope there can be more choices available soon.

Unlimited drinks, peanuts and large batch of chips.Strong 5 guys vibe, the White and red was prominent throughout.There was small crates of peanuts that people weren't utilising.The burger and hotdog was decent, can get it anywhere, but the chips definitely made the whole meal go from decent to great.Highly recommended the chips, especially the portion size.

Very little social distancing going on in this fast food restaurant with no sign of track and trace. Really bad considering that everyone ordering a fizzy drink uses touch screens to order what they want. Tasty burgers made to order and the fries are gi-normous!! Share a regular fries with a friend in your bubble !!
