Garden Restaurant in Southampton

Met up for lunch with friends and sat at a shaded garden table. I prefer starters to mains so had chicken satay, seaweed, ribs, sesame prawn toast. I sampled a friends king prawn curry and rice. Food plentiful and lovely. Be aware they add on 15% for service. Would go again.

Every dish was delicious, friendly service and reasonably priced. The garden is beautiful and a unique addition to the restaurant. Thanks for a memorable dining experience, we will return.

Yesterday was my first time here, I am not of English nationality I come from a country where the gastronomy is impeccable and you rarely eat badly in a restaurant, and I can see when I am going to have a bad experience in a place just by lookin at the environment the menu was dirty sticky (bad sign I preferred not to think about how the kitchen would be and I prayed to God not to leave intoxicated) one of the people who attended us smelled of tobacco, I ordered fried noodles with meat, the meat already looked bad and smelled strange even sticky, I'm just glad I didn't order more than that because my whole experience was not very recommendable, even though one of the waiters and in general the service was good, maybe I had the bad luck to have food in that state and the other plates are good? I will never know because I will never go back to this place, sorry.

Dined first time at this restaurant and it was an overall positive experience. Food was all freshly prepared, authentic and prices are very reasonable. Service was good and food served quickly. There’s outdoor unique dinning rooms, a small garden and parking available at the back of the restaurant.

Exceptional food and service. I would definitely recommend booking though as it can get busy.

This restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and courteous staff. I went with a group of eleven and despite one mix-up everything went smoothly and the entire party had a great time.The food was wonderful. Everyone at the table was impressed at the taste and quality of the food.The only drawback (which demoted the review to four stars) was that members of our party were vegetarian and there were very few vegetarian items on the menu, and those vegetarian items are not well marked. In fact one person ordered what they thought was a vegetarian dish to share but it had ground beef in it.

Service: 4 out of 5. They were great, quite fast when serving, but not as attentive after food have been served. We order a fair amount and dishes were not taken away once finished. But it is partly our fault for ordering way too much!Food: outstanding 5 out of 5. I have been to a fair amount of Chinese restaurant, from Chinatown to all the little part of London, and many others in smaller towns. But this is as authentic as you can ask for. Some dishes are ultra spicy so beware.Atmosphere: you can probably book a garden booth, I haven't try but pretty sure you can ask for that if you want some cold air. As for inside, it was nice and airy, have a nice and chillax vibe to it.Price: for the location, presentation, variety and quality of food, it would be considered a fair price.I will definitely be back to try out the rest of the menu!

Absolutely amazing Sichuan cuisine ! Great variety of dishes , with some real regional specialities in there. Portion sizes are huge so definitely have a light lunch 😃I am coming back here to try their dry hot pots.

Literally THE BEST Chinese restaurant I've been to. I'm Chinese and this place is so authentic. The little garden area is sooo pretty. Definitely recommend everyone to try.
