The choice of food was very good, it was clean and the food was hot. Staff were efficient and polite. One thing to watch though, if your child/children are tall of there age they do have a height restriction so you will find you are paying an adult price for a child of eleven as in my case.

Post pandemic, the quality of food has degraded to the lowest level. Just now coming back from there. Please don't waste your hard earned money as well as don't waste the food on the plate as well. Specifically, never ever try the Chicken Malaya. It's just a piece of stone. Very very poor quality of food. Please try some other restaurants which are providing some value for money food.

JRC Global BuffetWe went here for my sons Birthday last evening - what an absolute joke!Booked a table for 7.30, paid on entry and were seated. The restaurant was not particularly busy - good job as what little food was actually available was pretty much inedible.I asked to speak to the manager who informed me the kitchen was closed - it wasn't even 8oclock.I asked for a refund to be told that was not possible and he said he would speak to the chef about making some more food. In a closed kitchen??They made about three Chinese dishes and thought that was satisfactory!I would advise you to avoid JRC at all costs!!!They appear to have disabled the review function on their page - wonder why!

Went here on Sunday and was very disappointed by the lack of choice as some of the counters were closed, and the fact that the food that was there was not very warm and a bit dried up. Was certainly not worth the premium price you pay for a Sunday and I will never frequent this hovel again. I would not advise this place to anyone .

We had our own area which was good, as expecting 32 people. All staff wore masks, majority of customers had masks whilst walking around. Selection of food was good but some areas were not well stocked and ran out.

Went during a busy time so the line to get was long, but once we got it, it was just as fast as any Buffet. The Live grill is always the best in the Buffet, shout out the the Guy on the grill. They also removed our empty plates quite fast, nice to have an empty table by the time you return. An issue is that they use the same dry chicken cubes for all the Indian curries, this results in amazing tasing curry with a very dry chicken cubes.charsui was also dry, normally it's the highlight but it was such a let down.Been coming here ever since they opened, but the menus seems to have been reduced from then to now. Also they no longer do Lunch hour opening.

First time at this buffet and I would definitely return. Service at entry was quick and friendly and plates were quick to be removed from your table once done. Everything was delicious especially the Asian food and the only reason I removed a star was because there was no Mexican food section as the signs mentioned. Other than that, it was very clean, quick service, and delicious.

The food is quite disappointing compared to before lockdown.Lots of dishes are not being replenish throughout the peak period ( 7 to 8:30pm).Some of the special dishes such as peking duck only get replaced once( probable not enough for 3 tables???).The sushi section does not even have any sashimi anymore and just have a few basic rolls now.The roasted section doesn't even have any sauce at all? How do you even eat that dry roasted beef on it own I have no idea.Staff did not even come round once to ask how it was. This place is going downhill, will be my last visit now.

We went to celebrate a birthday 🎂. Sadly it was not great. The table was unstable and we had to ask many times to secure it , and at this end it was, but a bit too late. The barman and the chef were very friendly.
