Never had a bad experience with this place, they do my burgers just right. Highly recommended

The one star is for the chilled bottle if water over priced as same price as lemonade but compared to kebab , no contest

Worst dried up kebabe meat I've ever had,not even fit for a cat.a few onion strips and lettuce leaves and reheated fries 🤢.there's better around especially fish and co.

Rude staff, worst experience ever.So I placed order today for delivery large kebab and small shish kebab.I asked to pay by card was told they will charge me 0.50p extra.Due to current situation we all are furloughed by our employers and money is sparce.I said okay I pay by cash as I was going to treat myself today as have not had a takeaways for months.I received my order after one hour, when I opened my large container i was shocked to see a lot of salad with a tiny bit of chicken spread over the big box.I called them to say I have received a small portion of kebab even though I paid for large. Manager started screaming and swearing over the phone and said he will send me a replacement but It will take another 1 hour and I am not allowed to touch that food. So that means my partner eating without me or just wait for hers to go cold waiting for mine.He then carried on swearing and hang up.I called back and said I want refund he told me not to touch the food and if one bit of salad is missing he will not give me my money back. So I waited another an hour for driver to come back. He took my food and put it on the bin to check whether I have eaten anything.Disgusting never going to order from these guys.

Half the food was cold and most was enabled! I ordered for 5 people ( 3 kids) and not one of us could eat our meals. £40 wroth of food and most went in the bin! Would never go back here!!

I order from here all the time, never go anywhere else. On this occasion my food was delivered on time, however it was stone cold.Not even edible, hard chips and stone cold meat.Called them to say I’d like it replaced or refunded to which I was told I could not have either if it had been touched (I had put the food on a plate.. like you do)!I was then hung up on by the guy on the phone who clearly did not want to help.The service I received was disgusting and I will not be ordering from here again.. I will also advise my customers in the pub across the road not to order from here either..!If a regular loyal customer has an issue with an order surly you would want to put it right.? You’d think anyway 😡
