Best waffles I’ve tried in Southampton the service is fast and the staff is lovely.The waffles are highly customisable which makes it perfect for everyone.

Came this afternoon to smiling staff and a very polite welcome. Ordered the millionaires crepe and it was delicious! Would come again.

Really tasty vanilla milkshake. Wanna bring 3 home :) and incredible banana and strawberries waffle served by very nice workers.

Great milkshakes, perfect for summer they are refreshing and tasty. I definitely recommend it.

Yesterday I visited with my wife to the Creams Cafe WestQuay Southampton. The service, food quality, ambiance of the restaurant are good. We will come back soon.

Took my son for an ice cream on Sunday before Cinema, 3 staff behind counter were swearing and messing about and not observing us waiting to be served. The Ice Cream Bar was almost completely empty. Seems to be a total lack of Management and control. Would never go back, awful experience.

Had a problem with an order. The man spoken to on the phone was incredibly rude and blatantly did not listen to a word that was said.Blamed the problem on us and others, offered no help from restaurant. Horrible.

Nice ice cream but apathetic service from staff wearing dirty aprons standing behind the counter prioritising their loud chat over serving customers. Sorry we interrupted the 3 of you having a gossip because we wanted to buy something from you… surprised too that you prioritised having a gossip over cleaning the tables because they were disgustingly filthy. Considering hardly any customers there were far too many staff and IMHO some very basic training desperately needed…

We came here on holiday the week before and the food and service was great. We came here the next weekend and we ordered a crepe and a sundae. I got the crepe and finished it by the time my wife’s arrived… 15 minutes later! Again the food was great but why give a table half a order?

Food was amazing. Great range of gelato to choose from. Little over priced but you are in a city. Cheesecake was very rich!!
