Alot of dried up food which was dry so couldn't be consumed. The drinks dispenser wasn't working.I found plastic in my beef curry!! Didn't complain as we visisted for a birthday and didn't want to put a downer on the evening. Some of the food was OK. There are better all you can eat restaurants around.

This Restaurant in the JRC Chain (Marlins @ Southampton) is basically very poor and not giving the company a good name !Booked a table for 3 last week and arrived today 1/7/22 to have a celebration birthday meal.Their prices have increased at £17.50p a headI know everyone’s has but the quality of the food and surroundings didn’t measure up to the prices charged , the quality of the food which was poor at best. Most if the food had a good suntan under the heated lamps and was 50% dried outThe Gents toilets had NO RUNNING WATER in ALL THE SINKS, on finding this out & after I had used the toilet, then my only option I thought was to use the disabled toilet to use the sink there, to was my hands which was open but was signed “out of use” as the sink was literally hanging off the wall !I managed to use the sink and on returning to the seating area reported the fact that there was no hand washing facilities in the gents and was told it would be sorted out.20 mins later I returned to wash my hands after eating some spare ribs to find that there was still no running water !!Also the cutlery wasn’t clean & was badly stained, also our table had a bad wobble which I sorted myself with a handful of napkins stuffed under it …..On leaving after about an hour, I checked the toilets on the way out, still no water , I informed the desk staff that there still was no running water in the gents toilets ……Think the management need motivating

Amazing food options, I love all the sushi and curry available. Lovely dumplings too. Desert could be better but more then worth the money for all the food you can choose & eat. Staff are polite and fast working too.

Shocking place the woman on front till was rude no manners charged my daughter an adult price cause she looks over 13 when she clearly not … I don’t mind paying but she’s a child!!! The plates were absolutely filthy and havnt been washed properly, the hand sanitising stations were empty, the food was dried up looks like been there for a while…… won’t be coming back again.

Good place to satisfy the tastes of individuals. Lots of varied selections of dishes to choose from. Only downside is sometimes food isn't very hot as temperatures cool whist waiting to be chosen.

Fantastic experience trying lots if different foods. Some were amazing like the samosa and some of the currysSome food is a bit watery but what do you expect?Unlimited drinks is a winnerStay away from the burger and cheese products as its a bit fake. But somehow the awful tasting pizza is so bad that it's actually amazing. And if you don't leave room for all the desserts you are missing out massively

Great family place to dine in. Fantastic choice of world cuisine. Food delicious and tasty. Can recommend with all my heart.

·

Great choice of food. Eat as much as you can. Not too busy which was great.

A buffet with a wonderful variety of international foods, easy to book, and spacious seating arrangements. The live cooking station is a favourite of my friend, having fresh food cooked immediately is fantastic! can be busy over weekends, but quiet on the weekdays. The free meal offer for a birthday person (with one paying adult accompanying) is a good deal :)

JRC Global BuffetWe went here for my sons Birthday last evening - what an absolute joke!Booked a table for 7.30, paid on entry and were seated. The restaurant was not particularly busy - good job as what little food was actually available was pretty much inedible.I asked to speak to the manager who informed me the kitchen was closed - it wasn't even 8oclock.I asked for a refund to be told that was not possible and he said he would speak to the chef about making some more food. In a closed kitchen??They made about three Chinese dishes and thought that was satisfactory!I would advise you to avoid JRC at all costs!!!They appear to have disabled the review function on their page - wonder why!
