Really enjoyed my stay. Everything was perfect: Bed was comfortable, room was quiet and clean, staff was friendly and food from the restaurant is just great (although a little bit pricey). I will repeat for sure!

Rooms have study desks. Shower over bath. Accommodates many with more than 9 floors. Spacious room. Requested heater for extra heat, room a little colder for my like and was brought up to the room immediately. Phone service to call reception instead of going all the way down. Convenient. Breakfast 8-10. Lovely place, situated central city,

Large modern hotel in the centre overlooking a nice park but built in the middle of a roundabout. Nice room but a rather weak and basic shower. Staff were fine and breakfast quite decent. Overpriced for what it was but we did book late so you may be able to get a better deal other times.

Rooms are comfy and well- furnished. Beds are really great - always got a good night's sleep. Buffet options in the restaurant aren't always the best in terms of choice, though.

Just got back from a 2 night stay.. Wasnt the best hotel no parking we paid 11pp for breakfast so cost £44 for us to have breakfast when we went down they kept telling us we wasn't down for it even though we paid. and to be honest it wasn't worth it at all. Beans my partner found 4 hairs. And most of it was cold when we checked in we paid online for 2 adults and a child got to our room the sofa bed wasn't made up so I went down and had to ask to have it made there wasn't much coffee and tea for the 2 night stay the carpet was all stained and the bin wasn't empty. The hairdryer didn't work was slightly dissapointing more nicer hotels in the area.

Stayed for business purpose and would not recommend due to utterly RUDE and inconsiderate receptionist. I was served by lady called Victoria, who was nothing but rude, patronising and far from professional. heard her talk about me to her other staff as soon as I had my back turned. leaves you with very little trust in jury’s inn staff as she was supposed to be a so called “supervisor”. There was towels missing in my room which I had called the reception and unfortunately I was yet again in talk with Victoria who yet again was completely rude and unwilling to provide me with towels that should had been arranged and prepared prior to guests arrival. Waited over an hour for my towels to arrive which resulted to having to attend my meeting without freshening up/showering.I’ve stayed at many budget hotels with low prices. However, never have a experienced such rude staff remember. I had asked to speak to the deputy manager. However, I was pretty much refused by her which I later learnt that the deputy manager was matter of on shift.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Room was spotless and tea, codfe and kettle are provided for a hot drink in room. The windows have two layers to it so the noise of the roundabout is blocked out. Will be staying here again soon

DISGUSTING!!!!! VILE!!!!!!! DIRTY!!!!!!We stayed here for one night. The room was the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in and looked nothing like the photos. Place was filthy, stains up the walls and carpet and duvet, duvet smelt like cheese. Mould in the bathrooms. Stains on the lamp shades. Dirt and dust everywhere. Blocked toilet on arrival. Broken curtains so in the morning all the sun light comes in. I felt physically sick staying here. When we raised all out issues to the management all the could offer us was a free coffee, a free coffee??????? Really…..I said I was not happy and requested a refund and they said they would give me a 20% refund. I was not happy with this but they refused to give me anymore so it was left at that. Nearly 4 months later no refund, everytime I call I’m told a a manger will call back and I never hear anything, I have maybe called 15 times now. Staff and especially management are incompetent. Please do not waste your money and stay here it genuinely was disgusting, makes my blood boil thinking they can get away with this.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms equipped also with kettle, teas, coffee ... The food at the restaurant was amazing. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice, also for gluten free. Kind and friendly staff. Highly recommended!!!

Had an enjoyable experience at the hotel itself but a little on the pricey side, our hotel room door seemed to slam even if we tried gently shutting it. The kind size bed we got was comfortable and the TV made us feel more comfortable. We didn't opt for breakfast as it was too expensive. I was told somewhere between £30-£50 for breakfast included for two days but their is a Wetherspoons which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel that we went too instead. For 1 large breakfast, 1 bacon roll and two J20's it came to £12. Much better value than the hotel itself and it filled us up for hours. The biggest thing that would put me off of staying at this hotel again is parking! What a nightmare it is for parking. They do not have on-site car parking which means you have to use a council owned or privately owned pay and display car parks nearby to the hotel. Even then you cannot leave your car overnight or for more than a certain number of hours. I spent an hour trying to find parking that put me off for ever coming back.
