Kentucky Fried Chicken in Southampton

As you would expect from kfc, good quick service.

It's a different menu from what I am personally accustomed to as KFC. However, it caters to chicken in a won't variety. It is a very busy place. The bathroom was very dirty. They don't have QR code scan payments but all other forms of payment methods they have.

Bad service, no salt for chips. They don't bother telling that the owner stopped buying salt and you will never have salt again before you buy and delivery driver looking for fights in store. Useless staff. Will never eat here again. Really what take away place stopped giving salt for chips?

A broken self-service machine meant that only 1 could be used, which had no staff supervising it's cleanliness despite being touched by most customers.After ordering, there is no hand wash to clean your hands.I ordered baked beans, however, there was no cutlery so I originally planned on pouring them into my mouth from the pot. Unfortunately the baked beans provided were more like a Heinz soup, and so I binned this food item to prevent from sullying my clothes.I lamented not ordering from Burger King, which is only a 2 minute walk away.

Good staff but overcrowded by Deliveroo guys one of whom acted very impatient, pushing between customers demanding service. He also repeatedly parks his bicycle inside the restaurant blocking easy access.

Filthy, neither of the self service machines worked, nobody taking orders at the tills. Walked out as it was clear they only care about deliveries and not walk-in customers. Went to Subway instead and were served immediately in a clean restaurant.

Dreadful place. Slow service, unhelpful staff. Chicken cold,chips awful. Normally love KFC ,but avoid this horrible place. No smiles or welcome from staff,no apology for forgetting me in the q. Go elsewhere.

I am sure this is a great KFC during the day. But, we walked over to it at about 8pm on a Friday after a day at Paultons Park (staying at the nearby Jury's Inn). It had security on the door, was full of delivery drivers collecting food orders, several items were unavailable and just felt unpleasant. Not one I would recommend for families using the Jury's Inn as a mid visit stopover.

What a filthy dump, I wouldn't even let my dog eat there. No salt, no spoons, no napkins, no gravy and filthy tables and floors everywhere. Environmental health should shut this down.

Some kfcs these days are dreadful, cold soggy chips and greasy tasteless lifeless chicken.But takeaways from here recently have been hot fresh and fast. One of the best kfcs I've had for a long time!
