McDonald's in Southampton

A place near our house, we bought a lot of furniture, decorations and others.clean with great help from Nathan, one manager of the site.we"ll go again

Went late evening, was quiet. Staff were rushed off there feet with about 10 online orders as well as 5 odd orders in store and werent waiting more than 10minutes. Food was hot and staff were polite. It was also quite clean!

Doesn't seem like they can read. Missing dips on purpose when you order from home to save on money. Nuggets barely cooked. Happened the last 3 times i ordered. Coincidence? I think not.

Always really bad service am left waiting or given the wrong order. the foods never prepared correctly the wrap falls apart its barely even folded. Either that or its cold. this is a second time in the space of 4 days now that our order has been wrong. The first time the order was given to the wrong person so I had to wait for ages and then they gave us the wrong food. Worst McDonald's I have dealt with by far.

Although it was supposed to open 24 hours, it was not open for walk ins. It was only 10:25 pm on a Saturday night. We had no choice but to drive through and found no hot drinks available, despite having paid for one, and the vegetarian option of mozzarella sticks was also not available despite being advertised on the digital screen.

Tbh very dissatisfied with this McD. Cola was flat and watery, no ice, as though it had melted. Did seem to have lots of drinks pre- done stat on a shelf. Fries were not hot and only 1 pot of sweet and sour for chicken selects today. Completely opposite to the branch in West Quay Shopping centre which was great, really got fries, cola as it should be + 2 sauces, just the right amount.

1- you have to ask for sauce!!For 4 burgers and 1 chips, they gave me 2 sauces.2- Parking is not for McDonald's and is pay and display ( so parking is available but you have to pay for it )3- burgers were cold. Even cheese didn’t melt on them.4- staff were polite as they were expected but absolutely management is not good.5- not comparable with hedge end McDonalds.1/12/2021This time my burger were fresh and hot and they asked that I want sauce and cup holder or not.Enough tissues!!!This time I’ve changed their stars from 2 to 5.Thank you.

It advertises as being opened but when i arrived there walking from the train station, tired from a long journey, it was closed. The staff didn’t even bother to get to us and explain why the store is closed. We waited in front of the store for at least 15 minutes but nobody opened us. Instead the manager put her head on the counter top signalling that shes tired. I understand how difficult the fast food industry is. But if you are unable to be open 24/7 please don’t advertise it. How are we supposed to plan.

This was just disgraceful! I ordered fries and they came out cold with no sauce. My fruit bag was a bag full of carrots which I did not ask for. She wouldn’t even answer me when i politely asked her to take my rubbish. Would not recommend this McDonald’s. When you order food from a fast food restaurant you should receive the right items, especially on a small order.

Shocking management.Serving 8 customers before bothering to pack one uber eats delivery. I watched the food sit there cold while the manager Continued to prioritise instore customer orders. We work for £4 per hour to get blame from customers for cold food.You also force us to wait outside like animals in the rain while you have a near empty restaurant full of seating.Don't use the excuse of lack of staff when you have two people in your lobby casually chatting pretending to sweep and a woman wiping clean tables over and over again.
