McDonald's Black Cat in Southampton

Awful service, they clearly don't care about customers or getting their order right. Half our food was missing, cold half-empty fries, spilt drinks and therefore wet food and overall horrible process for getting a refund. Never had a service like this from McDonald's, extremely unprofessional and will not order again. AVOID!!!

Went in for sausage n egg mcmuffin and a coffee. Mcmuffin was cold, coffee was awful normally ok which is why I go there when in slough Not anymore was too late to return as was in drive through and too far away to be worth the hassle. Maybe why the give the cold ones to drive through customers???

Drive through was extremely slow, had to park in a designated area to wait for someone to bring the order in. Having pre-ordered in the app did not speed up the process at all, and it was frustrating to wait. Not "fast" food at all.

Standard Mac-Donalds with an extra ten minute wait added in for your pleasure. Food is seldom more then warm, except the ice cream which has mostly melted.

Absolutely awful, worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. Waited 25 mins for our 'fast food' and the place was filthy. Shame on you mcdonalds! No chicken big macs either.

Service is shocking. Took twenty minutes just to get to food window to be told along with every car before me to wait in car park. Management very disrespectful when asked for money back as I couldn't wait. Staff trying their best but with lack of direction. Might be an idea to give waiting times on arrival so people can decide if they have the time to sit in the queue. Definitely not fast food but as the manager said it is not fast food its a restaurant!

Was really disappointed today when I came in for lunch and was refused a side of Mac sauce. Was told by corporate that it's at the discretion of individual locations, so why not sell it? I would have paid gladly. I wanted to put it on my McPlant (Which I quite like, but as I'm a veggie, I can't have a Big Mac). Is there a reason for this?

Click and collect service from car park point I was waiting 25 min to get my order when everything else like drive through service or from restaurant collection was working as normal ,about every two minutes other consumers was getting order on time when I was totally forgotten ,after 25 minutes had enough of waiting and went inside to get my order .After two minutes of my complaints I got my order cold because no one was doing outside service.This didn't happen only one time but two times in the roll .I have not asked for new one or refund because after 15 hours of working and 30 min waiting to get simple order could not be bothered when I was tired .There was no apologies or interested of management to keep costumer happy of the service as they were all busy .Also on the big orders McDonald's personel keep forgetting items put in the order bags unfortunately very often I don't check it and when I got home I can't be bothered to go back just not worth my time and fuel .

Order arrived really quick and the cheese melts where actually melting which I haven't had before. Easy to park. Would highly recommend to anyone passing and looking for a bite to eat.

McDonalds EastleighWe used the drive through which seems to be the norm these days chap on the intercom couldn’t be bothered, no milkshakes, no fizzy drinks, anyway places the order received it & it was correct & the lady at the serving window was super happy & cheerful, saving grace for that branch!
