Being a lunchtime it was busy but a very friendly member of staff told us it would be approx a 15-20 mins wait for a table which we accepted & she took a name. Tables became available fairly quickly & it was well within the 15 mins when we were seated.The ordering system is super easy, you can either go up & place your order at the counter or use the QR code on the table, I chose the latter. The menu it brings up on your phone is easy to navigate & easy to order. We chose the bottomless drink option & glasses were brought to the table within a couple of mins of my order going through.Food arrived very quickly, all hot & fresh & tasting amazing.All in all I was really impressed, all members of staff I encountered were super friendly & had a smile, the actual restaurant was scrupulously clean, the condiments section was well stocked & was easy to find what sauces you want.When we couldn't finish the extra wings ordered I asked if we could have a takeaway box for the wings, that was brought immediately & with a paper bag to carry it in.The service & food here are fantastic & considering how busy it was...every table taken...it was maintained well & kept clean. Was definitely worth the initial wait to get a table.

Standard Nandos, although worrying lack of communication between staff when we visited in May. I was waiting for a friend, so I ordered on the app during this time and I tried to order the 'Great Imitator' but it was out of stock ... No worries, so I ordered the plant strips along with a mushroom and halloumi pitta. A few minutes later, a waiter arrived at my table to inform me that my 'great imitator pitta' was unavailable and they would make me a wrap instead with the mushroom etc, well - I didn't order that. It then took multiple attempts to explain to him that I did not need a replacement wrap and I just needed a refund for the plant strips that were out of stock. The waiter finally seemed to understand what I needed but then a replacement wrap still arrived and I sent it back ...I had to ask for the manager on duty so I could actually get a refund in cash from the till. Bit of a pain but I suppose it happens ..

Visited today as a treat for my 11 year old daughter.We arrived at 12. We were seated by a very friendly member of staff who listened to where my daughter wanted to sit.Food arrived promptly, was nicely presented, hot and enjoyable. Chicken was cooked perfectly. My daughter did not like the cordial drink that came with the child menu. Although I offered to pay for a new drink, the waitress gave her a glass for the drinks machine foc.Great restaurant, great service.

95% of the people working here seemed like they didn't want to live let alone work. I had requested the food to be brought out together, a starter was brought out and I explained the food was to be brought out together. The waitress tutted and marched off. Once the food was ready it was brought to the table minus the starter that was brought and taken away. I then explained that the starter was missing when staff started comparing the order they had on their screen to my order on email, after a minute the starter was handed over. The tables were dirty, we had to ask for glasses to be replaced because they were dirty, the dinner plate was also dirty. The food was Luke warm & after the wonderful experience my family & I had already had here it was such a lovely feeling. When visiting the ladies there was tissues all over the floor, sanitary items too. Following this, I request to use the disabled toilet, the door was opened with a knife and this toilet wasn't much better. All in all, if this had been my first visit to Nandos I would not return.

Big thank you to Sukhveer and Zoe for exceptional service. Both girls were absolutely amazing. Had a wonderful experience. Zoe back of house very friendly delivered excellent service whilst taking my order. And Sukhveer Front of house was absolutely amazing. Food was excellent as always. Thank you so much xx

Very good meal at a reasonable price. Not Nandos fault the building it's in was very draughty. I wouldn't think eco friendly either. Lots of heat going out the doors. West Quay Southampton

Really wasn't impressed with my visit recently to this Nando's location. I've been around 3 to 4 times to Nando's UK in the past year, and visited this location for the first time. I found that it was very busy, nevertheless the menu was clearly displayed at the front door.We were greeted and seated, and our ordering options were clearly explained to us. We attempted to use the QR code at the table and for us, it didn't work. Ordering at the bar, we then awaited our food. The service was fairly slow, however when the food arrived it was beautifully presented however my 'The Great Imitator' burger, was stone cold. I'm not sure if potentially they cooked it along with other products which cook more quickly etc; nevertheless, it was cold. I ate my sides which actually were hot and tasty, and my partner enjoyed her meal. After we'd both finished (my burger I didn't eat), someone came to the table to check on us and I explained the burger was cold. They didn't seem very interested, but replaced it. It then arrived and was hot this time.Upon going to order desserts, the option we wanted 'Bottomless Frozen Yogurt' on the menu, we were told was unavailable. We therefore didn't order a dessert. Unfortunately the visit to this Nando's was a disappointing one, owing to the poor value for money in my opinion, small portion size and the friendliness of the staff was not impressive. Overall wouldn't return to this location, but I feel improving these few factors mentioned above would really make this a much better restaurant!

Had the best customer service a few weeks ago at this Nando's from Martin. Due to distribution problems, they were completely out of wings, thighs and also rose wines, which are all my favourite options at Nando's! But Martin was really apologetic, we had a laugh about it, I picked other items (Not a big deal for me) and when I went to pay, he printed out the receipt and said 'There you go, it's all done for you. I'm so sorry about the inconvenience for you.' I looked the receipt and it said 'Random act of kindness' on it, meaning my whole meal was paid for. Thank you so much to Martin, who also was really attentive to us for the rest of our meal.
