Papa Johns in Southampton

Papa johns was very good until the last time I ordered. They seem to have a problem with putting sauce on the base so what you end up with is a very very dry and unenjoyable pizza. I got a free pizza as compensation for this but it was even worse!!! Amazing that the feedback wasn't taken in to consideration and improvements weren't made. Just go to domino's instead at least they do a better job these days and they listen to customer feedback :).

Awful service and delivery time. 80 minutes from placing my order I called to check where it was, and said they hadn’t even received my order from just eat and they would send it out and should be 30 mins tops. Over 60 minutes later since that call and late, so I call again to be told there driver misplaced my order!!over 3 hours later from my initial order I am still waiting, worst delivery service of any takeaway I’ve ever had in my entire life!

Took the order wrong. Delivered wrong. Refused to listen to how they messed up. Gave up speaking to these people and moved on with my life.

Super Pizzas delivered HOT just as if picked up from store. Delivery was little longer than expected, but the look and taste of the pizzas made the wait worthwhile! The Greek version with feta - what a revelation!

Took one bite and threw it in the bin, smelt absolutely disgusting. Clearly lazy staff who cant be bothered to keep fresh ingredients in. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Tasty vegetarian pizza and potato tots with garlic and herb dip. Accidentally did an order for collection. Phoned up and they happily agreed to deliver. Said it would be 30 minutes, but arrived in 15. Excellent service.

Pizza's are usually fine. Got another order just now and my pizza box was unsealed.The quality seal sticker that they have put on a box was open. If there wouldn't be any sticker I wouldn't even think of anything, but since they've put a seal sticker on and then deliver with its already riped off..makes me concerned. :(

Pizza was wrong. They said they'd send a replacement which never came. Claimed they tried to phone but didn't answer. Then claimed they delivered it to the wrong address. Then put me on hold indefinitely. Then hung up on me over and over until I called on my partners phone. Eventually managed to get them to agree to a refund, which I have no idea if I'll even get. Garbage service. Won't order again.

After 3 hours and 5 phone calls our order arrived wrong! They did send the correct pizza straight away but by that point it was too little too late, honestly. Pizza tasted okay but wouldn't bother for the money and hassle.
