Pizza Express in Southampton

really nice, but nothing special can get it cheaper anywhere

The crust of the pizza I had was burnt, and not the nice crispy burnt but like charcoal. When I pointed this out to the waitress she assured me that this was the style of the pizza. I pointed out that a gentleman on the table next to me had the same pizza which looked perfect and the waitress was just silent. I asked if I could have the pizza remade and she told me it would take over 45 minutes because the restaurant was busy. I then asked if I could have the pizza taken off the bill and was told no because I'd already eaten some of it.Absolutely ridiculous service

If I could put zero for pizza express west quay Southampton I wouldMy daughter and I spent the day shopping at west quay and thought we would lunch at pizza express as we love the one in NewburyBut what a difference a branch can be .. every restaurant on the dinning level was bursting at the seems with customers with no availability, but pizza express was surprisingly virtually emptyWe asked the person for a table for 2 and she showed us to a small booth which was very tight. I explained I couldn’t sit there due to my health conditions and size and their attitude was “I am not opening any of the other empty tables up for you so this is it ! “My daughter was livid so advised “we will go some where else then” I was soo upset by the waitresses attitude.Horrendous customer service and attitude.But thank you because we found some where else to eat and had an amazing lunch !

Had a lovely meal here before going to watch a show at The Mayflower. The waitress was really helpful making sure my daughter got her pudding before we had to dash off.

Went to have a lunch at pizza express at the mall and we were welcomed with a Rude approach by the manager. only 4 tables occupied but he claims the waiting time is one hour. No people waiting outside and he doesn’t take reservations so I’m not sure who’s waiting for a table but he wanted us to wait the one hour at the door. Very disappointing approach by the manager

Don't waste your money - takeaway pizza were tasteless and overcooked with hardly any topping. Dough balls were over cooked and some were absolutely tiny. Not impressed at all and no where near the quality I've had in the past when eating in.

Absolutely superb Vegan Pizza. Professional service and nice atmosphere in West Quay Mall. Great service. We will return at the end of our cruise.

Always a super friendly waiter here. Helps with recommendations and doesn't mind swopping ingredients around. Nicoise salad with extra roasted peppers and eggs. :)

Everyone was friendly except for a gentleman who refused to help me out to charge my iPhone . It is quite normal nowadays to have assistance at restaurant for mobile charging even in other pizza express i always had help. This gentleman said to me that he could not help because I can blame the restaurant for breaking it.Pizza is nice but my whole experience not
