Pizza Hut in Southampton

I like the pizza and the place too. Some stuff wonderful some not that much.

Great food , specially the salad bar. Food pre timings are sometimes a bit slow and takes a while for pizzas to come out.

I go every single week on a Thursday with my best friend, and it never fails to disappoint. As a whole, this restaurant is amazing. From the Pizza, to Sides to Bottomless Drinks and the salad bar too!Absolutely amazing. Love Will and the rest of the team!

Food was great . Staff was fine .But they have gone cashless for some strange reason. After being told I couldn't pay with cash. Turns out I can pay with cash if I have the right moneys. Which was convenient because I only carry my business card and some cash like everywhere I go !!! So waitress mist out a tip as they couldn't change the money. Sad times

Surprisingly good pizza and very eager and helpful staff. My partner and I had a great dinner here. Will go again in the future

I can't remember the last time I visited a pizza hut, but it did feel disappointing. Had to wait a while before being acknowledged on entering, tables were sticky and the buffet was only on during the day. Staff were pleasant and the food was ok. I would probably visit again but I wouldn't rush back.

I do like pizza hut, it's a shame that the salad side of it has gone down abit and needs upgrade, as also making sure salad selection is full and available,Good staff that served us, wasn't busy as it was almost an hour into closeing time,Very clean and good spot for meal , will be back soon as kids enjoyed.

Visited for lunch, was happy to have the unlimited buffet which is an absolute steal for £8.99, you get unlimited pizza, pasta and garlic bread.

TL;DR - Friendly staff but serious hygiene and customer service issues.Wait staff were friendly, pizza came out hot but could tell upper managment frankly do not care about the customer experience at all, despite clearly being adults, me and my girlfriend were given small plastic cups for our drinks which had to be taken back and swapped for real glasses, the menus we were given were soiled and greasy clearly hadn’t been wiped between customers (if you can’t be arsed to clean the menus get disposable ones and throw them away after using them) but soon found these menus to be useless anyway as no one ever came to take our order so had to order on the dirty peeling QR code sticker on our table with no phone signal. BBQ chicken wings were hot and fresh but totally tasteless never seen seasoning in its life and the chips came out with loads of crispy scraps showing that the frying oil clearly hasn’t been even skimmed all night much less even filtered in the past few days.

4 tissues filled with oil from a thin pizza?No taste either.Honestly worst pizza I’ve had in a long time.Sure kids don’t care but I didOn the plus side, it’s cheap if that’s what you care about
