Power Gourmet in Southampton

Visit the restaurant today and what a absolute let down,Greeted by friendly staff who led us to our table.Sat down and ordered from the menu, at this point there was 1 other table in the restaurant we order our food and reveied this around 40min later, once received one my food it went straight back after looking like it was made of scraps and it was as sloppy as my dogs dinner, It was suppose to be chargrilled chicken, was told by the manager that they had changed the menu and no longer done that so just made me something else instead. 10min later whilst everyone else was eating they finally brought out the kids pizza, why it took so long i still do not know. ⌚⌚Then 20min later whilst everyone else was pretty much finished eating I finally received my meal. Not great management but the waitresses could not be any more sorry.After everything that had gone wrong and since there were only 2 customers in the restaurant we had received a 15% the next time we visit 🤔 left that on the table and said we will not need it as we will not ever be returning.

The restaurant was practically empty although if you ask me people are missing out on this spot. Staff were absolutely lovely.Portion sizes were very good and the prices were VERY reasonable! I wasn't a huge fan of the Buffalo sauce they used but my mum (who I went with) really enjoyed her veggie Burrito and the sides (fries and onion rings) were absolutely brilliant.100% will go again when I next visit Hedge End.

So we have just had a delivery from gourmet 4 at hedge end. I ordered through just eat. The burgers were really good and they would have got more stars if they had got the order correct. I took the bag from the lady at my front door and it was only when I opened the bag that I discovered that my wife's drink was missing from the order. I have used their website to claim as the number for customer services on the gourmet 4 website is not recognised. All in all a poor customer service all round which is a shame since the burgers chips and onion rings were really good.Gourmet 4 MUST improve their delivery service and customer service in order to keep up with their competitors. Simply not good enough.

We were served by Molly at the door when we wanted to try a new place for a takeaway. Molly was incredibly welcoming, friendly and patient when we didn’t know what we wanted. The food was also incredible, great value for money and very flavourful! Will definitely be going back!

It was lunchtime and I’d thought I’d try something different, I love Mexican food so I ordered chicken taco’s from 3 amigo’s within gourmet 4.Whilst the delivery was prompt with no issues, the Uber delivery driver gets the one star, the food however was a different story..firstly, not once did it mention on the description of the food, that it comes with guacamole, but it came smothered in it, and I can’t eat it! So I spent time scrapping it off!The tortilla’s we’re so limp, they all fell apart so this is the mess I received!The chicken was cold and tasteless.Overloaded with sour cream.The cheese tasted like plastic.And there were barely any of the actual fillings!The food was absolutely vile, so I binned it all and got McDonald’s, for somewhere that charges such ridiculous prices, you expect some quality food!!Definitely won’t be ordering again and won’t be recommending it.

Attached are two photos, one of what the pizza we bought was meant to look like, the other ‘thing’ (if it even counts as a pizza) is what we discovered in the box when we got home. Not only was it significantly smaller than the 12 inches that is the medium, it looks as if it has been thrown together by an unsupervised toddler.

Over priced and under delivered. The food is very basic, poorly presented and over priced. I had a chicken burger and could have done a better job from the frozen food section from the super market. The spicy chips had the seasoning just dumped on the top my parents had a burrito each and both were served Luke warm and the wrap barely wrapping the filling. £40 was extremely overpriced when all of the other fast food establishments and supermarkets could have provided so much more for less.

The fast food place to eat in hedge end.Ok I'm going to be honest we went in out of curiousity and as it was almost deserted we had very low expectations... But we were very pleasantly surprised!The restaurant was lovely and clean, more than can be said of the other fast food places in the area.The one waitress working was very attentive and friendly.Most importantly the food is freshly made to order, no heat lantern, dried up food here.As you can see from the pics, the portion sizes were decent and the food was a lot better than the usual fast food. The burgers were at least twice the size of more famous fast food establishments near by! They reminded me of the gourmet style ones sold in some of the upmarket burger restaurants.All in all a little gem in Hedge End, recommended for families as well as just adults.

Real good place for food. Lots of seating space in the booths staff nice and polite. Food was nice all fresh. Can't complain.

Gourmet 4Former Pizza Hut site in Hedge End, Southampton. Excellent parking & spacious venue.You will be shown to your table & will need to scan the QR code on your table to order & pay, no staff interaction. Food is fairly slow, as the restaurant is super busy with takeaways.Four menus incorporated into one.Burgers are amazing, pizza is really good, there is a little conflict between the menus in store & the online one you need to order from, and it’s a little pricey, but it was overall good.
