Pret A Manger in Southampton

Pret A Manger -West Quay, Southampton. Very conveniently located on the pedestrian access side to the shopping centre, lots of seating upstairs with lots of plug points also. Thank you.

I went to have tea with a friend, they did not have sugar, they sold me a super hard cinnamon and chocolate bagel and they charged me as if they were the best service. They weren't able to let me know if I still wanted it. that is not done, a lack of respect for the customer.

The coffee is ok and the staff are mainly pleasant. The ordering system is shambolic though. The baristas pay no attention to the orders being put through and you're often asked several times after paying which drinks you are waiting for. A new system is needed and better team management is definitely required!

Pret you're in a good location and make a very decent iced latte but you do need to keep an eye on those bathrooms and give out receipts so that people can access the bathrooms with the code that can be found on the receipt. Thank you

Food and drinks were really nice but no seating. The seating area upstairs was taken over by students on laptops, they are taking up tables of 4 but only one individual per table. Only spotted one that has drink and there is a queue of paying customers fed of waiting to be seated that they are having to eat there food standing.The staff and management should address this issue, it is very unfair for customers who are buying food and drinks on a busy Saturday afternoon.

Orderd via Deliveroo. Bircher Müsli was half empty! Didn’t feel safe to it this!

A fantasic location and very clean and spacious. This is a Pret standard menu, great hot drinks and amazing sandwiches. There is WiFi and plenty of seating ..it has an upstairs area for eating as well as large downstairs area. its a great meeting place or just to catch up with friends. Overall highly recommended. I also bought my dog which was also welcomed and had no issues. The entrance is disabled friendly but no close parking.

The place itself is lovely and as clean as the staff can make it with that many people around... but the toilet is just horrendous. Having just one gents and one ladies toilet at such a frequently visited cafe is already nonsense but at least that two should be clean... not to mention the tiles falling off in the gents room.
