Roberto's Pizza in Southampton

Food was cold! Didn't taste great and was very late! Won't be ordering from here again!!!

Absolutely shocking experience last night. Accepted my order on Uber eats, made me wait over an hour then cancelled my order on me with no explanation! Didn't even have the decency to call me to tell me. Definitely won't be using you again when I'm next in the area.

The pizza took 2 hours and one phone call to arrive,it was stone cold with the cheese solid on top,worst pizza in southampton

I drove for 20 minutes and when I arrive it says that the place is closed ?? Write that it is open until 23 and who knows when you close. Please change the time.

The owner has been rude to me.It is the first time that I bought pizza through his page... I was surprised to pick up the pizzas because the size was small, (I must have made a mistake when choosing the pizzas online), in addition to being 2 small pizzas of 10 '' and paying for them more than 20 pounds ... the price is not the problem actually. The problem is that he only needed to kick me out of the store! Just because of my surprised face. Instead of explaining how a decent human being I'm paying his products...He has answered me literally:This is your name?have you paid this bill?well it's yours, bye!I'm never going to buy in his store again!!! besides the guy was stressed,the pizzas are delivered to me overcookedand with a lot of salt.

“STAY AWAY”The chef is the most ignorant and rude person I have ever met in a takeaway.And he even charges extra for a chilly pepper and then he will only give you 5 peppers, if you want more it’s another £2.I will never eat their again.One star is to much.“STAY AWAY “

What a rubbish service. Over 2 hours late and far too late to even consider eating any of it now! Manager was rude and just fobbed me off to booking agent! To top it off the order was wrong! Manager tried to offer new items (I'm sorry, I wasn't prepared to wait another 2hrs!). Absolute disgrace and not even a call/message to say the order was delayed. Absolute joke!! AVOID AT ALL COST. They are quick enough to take your money but certainly the their time to deliver the food, maybe consider ordering the day before, they might deliver it on time...

Placed an order at 7.40pm today, requested an update at 8.40pm, they told me the delivery guy had just left the restaurant. I live about 1.5 miles away and it's currently 9.20 and still no sign. I get it can be busy but it doesn't take 40 minutes to deliver up the road. Tried calling again for an update but no answer.

Food arrived on time and piping hot. Fantastic quality as always. The kebab feast pizza is a wonder! Always my go to, and with BOGOF always offered I can always have one left over for tomorrow.Friendly and courteous delivery guys always. An absolute treat to order from. Thanks Robertos

I given it 5 stars because l just can't find any fault! Staff are pleasant and the cooking area is on view. But the pizzas-just wow! Soft base with the right amount of topping. Fries are crisp, not soggy. Have had pizzas delivered and they've been hot.
