Scoops Gelato in Southampton

Really disappointed went with the whole family for Eid celebrations but the ice creams were of really poor quality some supermarket brands taste and look better. Coffee was worse than instant. Not going again.

Friendly staff, plenty of flavour choices and great prices in comparison to rivals. Comfy seating a hidden gem for teenagers and families.

Nice people. Clean environment and good food. So many ice creams to choose from.

I asked for my order that they were milkshakes, I explained that I didn't want much liquid, because it was to be taken to the way, the attendant said several things and finally the milkshake came the same thing as if I had been drinking a glass of chocolate milk , it would have been better to have drunk it at home and it would have been cheaper. The problem was simple to solve, it was just not putting too much milk in the preparation, but they were not willing. I've never seen him trying to contradict the client. Not friendly service, I didn't like it. I've been several times and this has never happened.

Love this place. Ice cream is better than sprinkles and it's a nicer space to sit. It's more spacious. Go for the Ferrero rocher flavour, it's amazing

Nice and quiet and a clean place to chill out and have an ice-cream. Althouh i use other places nerby but staffs at Scoops Gelato Southampton are caring.

Went here as a back up plan as the closer place in Fareham was shut on a Saturday afternoon! Thankfully was not disappointed! The portions were huge and tasty, the milkshakes were really good and my daughter had the fruit sorbet which was fantastic. Everyone was very happy....and very full afterwards! Not too busy when we went, clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

I’m usually a loyal customer but tonight’s events has completely changed that. I ordered 2 cookie doughs on Uber Eats and asked for it to be crispy on top but when it came, it was completely cooked through and drenched in oil (which caused me to have acid reflux).To make things even worse, I found a HAIR in my food. I had to throw both orders away out of fear that they were both contaminated….made me feel so so sick! Although the staff were extremely apologetic, I am so disgusted

The ice cream is excellent. We had 3 different flavours between us and we will definitely be returning to try more. The cones were very tasty and fresh. There are 3 fridges full of different flavours, one of which is all sorbets. If you want a really good ice cream then head to Scoops, you will not regret it :-)

Had a great time out with my family in Scoops! Was so full having delicious desserts! Can't wait to visit again....
