Small Fry Fish & Chip Shop Ltd in Southampton

Great customer service and very happy & friendly bunch.

Freshly cooked cod while I waited. Very friendly customer service. Good prices

Staff having private conversations in front of customers slugging theirs friends off and swearing in front of children!!!! Wasn't very happy! Will not be back.

At long last, my search for a proper Fish & Chip shop is over. Lovely fish (and a great range) and great chips, just delicious. All cooked to order by friendly efficient people.

Lovely friendly staff, fabulous food, and freshly made to order. Great value, especially the lunchtime specials. Would definitely recommend

We only found out recently that this place does Gluten Free and since then it’s the only place we go. Reasonable prices good size portions and friendly staff. They also use cardboard boxes and not plastic. Will continue to use and recommend especially to those who are GF.

Hi lovely people but on this occasion my food was not present as in order not complete, my son cried when we got home as the only two things he wanted were wrong, he asked for haddock on its own and a chicken burger with cheese, why I don’t know but there you are, got home to find there was no haddock at all and no cheese on the burger, so tried to ring but they don’t even have a phone number on there site, this is illegal according the the food and hygiene regs as if there is an issue with your food as in food poisoning etc you need to contact the owner. I will be mentioning this to my mp first thing Monday

It's the first time we used small fry .and I have to say it was the best fish and chips ive had in a very long time . And the service was wonderful the people were very friendly and helpful . Will definitely be using all the time .

Best fish and chip shop in Southampton by a country mile! Amazing veggie burger and perfectly cooked chips, with friendly customer service being the cherry on top. My new favourite Saturday treat

Just really really good fish and chips. Excellent customer service, generous portions. Well worth the money. Also pleased they accept all credit cards including American Express. Thank you!
