Sprinkles Gelato in Southampton

Ridiculously overpriced crepes and apparently they don't have cinnamon so couldn't have a sugar and cinnamon flavoured one. Gelato flavours artificial tasting and not creamy AT ALL!

Waffles was nice, a lot of gelato flavors to try,ambiance is okay,Ordered waffle with some gelato.. just disappointed that the strawberry toppings was not as fresh. It was like cut fresh but soaked in water all day that was just drained to top. It would be really nice if the fruits were cut fresh.. and not soaked in water... thats the part that off my experience not able to finish my plate. They do look pretty but not as amazing taste wise. Definitely can improveWent with some friends to try the place .The creep version was just okay, hanging pass the plate...taste not really memorable.Staff wise were friendly

Me and the Mrs went on a Sunday evening the place wasn't over crowded at all. We only ordered one to share as they are a bit much for person which is always good. I would recommend and go again if in the area

A massive range of ice creams which are yum and another huge range of waffles and crepes and cake slices. The food was delicious but also very sweet and sickly. My waffle defeated me at the half way point so unless you are an eating champion American don't get greedy like I did!

Delicious, creamy gelato with a wide range of flavours for every taste.On a hot day in Southampton, this is the place to be!

Portions were perfect and the food was so yummy! Loved the setup, it was private enough in our booth even though there were quite a few tables full.

Honestly, this place is unbelievable. At 19:15 I placed an order to collect at 19:45. At 20:10 55 minutes after ordering it was ready to collect. There were only two people working, one helpful and trying their best and one just simply rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. The most alarming thing is one appeared to be “exempt” from wearing a face covering and “exempt” from washing her hands. I mean pandemic or not, hygiene is essential. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend, go elsewhere.

Should have taken a picture of the jaffa cake and coconut icecream mix...yum... went again and again had coconut ice cream again. Husband had the coffee ice-cream, daughter had blue bubblegum flavour ice-cream both said they loved it. The pictures from the visit after includes waffles, coffee and caramel ice-cream...

The waffles we had to take away were tasty however the ice cream cups are very deceiving as they have very little ice cream in them. Good selection of ice cream though.

Loads of amazing different kind of flavours to try and love in one roof, for a decent price. Around £5 - 8 pounds and some little extras are 50p more ie (Cream, Ice-cream)My favourite is the banana & cookie crepe, the flavours were delicious and exquisite.Couldn't off been more happy with spending time here with friends or family.
