Sprinkles Gelato Ltd in Southampton

The gelato was as good as ever - and as expensive as ever! The cafe itself was clean and air conditioned, so very comfortable in the warm weather, however the ambience is more "greasy spoon diner" than "expensive ice cream parlour". Staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. We will definitely be going back again as we love gelato!

Went today around 4pm to get some ice cream for kids. They were serving very slow. The lady and a young man barely could remember simple order in front of me. I order 3 cones with 1 scoop each( lemon,raspberry and oreo). Lady pressed buttons on the till so slowly that it looked she could do good with pare of glasses… It’s not first time ….I’m sorry but service used to brilliant in that store…. What happened?!

Wide range of flavours made on the premises. Seasonal specials, ice creams and sorbets, waffles, pancakes, cake, drinks.Helpful staff - despite being busy they were prepared to bring my order to me because I was on crutches.

As my partner is pregnant craving for ice cream we ended up buying often from here, I have to say we got such a warm welcome from Kalema such a nice smile and she went above and beyond for us made us fall for this place great work awesome people

Food was nice but we abandoned it half way through as we're being constantly pestered by fruit flies. Informed the supervisor who said they didn't know where the flies were coming from and public health had been called in. Subsequently complained and was effectively told it was due to incorrect storage of bananas. Hopefully it's been resolved now but its put us off going back anytime soon.

Yummy icecreams...the best icecream place in Southampton. The waffles we tried last time was good as well. Hope they put more sauce on there next time. But it was extremely disappointing that a good dessert shop like them serves very plain and bland cream. The cream with the chocolate waffle was tasteless. A simple dash of sugar with the cream could have increased the taste of the waffles really high.

Revisiting Sprinkles Portswood after 5 years! The toppings to waffle ratio used to be better earlier but seems to have reduced now. Yummy food, though.

Return visit, the first since the start of lockdown.A good variety of flavours, ideal place to take children. Good service. Limited parking in street.There is a car park one block away 5 minutes walk, left at the traffic lights and behind Subway.

Loved it here they have indoor and outdoor seating. The menu choices are varied and wide and the cost is well worth it. I would not hesitate to eat here for a sweet treat. The staff were very helpful even when it was quite busy they still had time to deal with our request to get a seated area cleaned. Loved my dish!

Sprinkles has been one of the ultimate places to grab some a couple of scoops of icecream or just demolish 2 waffles with plenty of ice cream and a surplus of sauces. With a large variety of ice-creams and full on desserts available from their extensive menu. This is the busiest ice-cream parlour I go in.Prices are reasonable some of desserts are a little expensive but in the end, what do you expect. You can take a seat in club 4's or a table for two and let 5 minutes roll by until your desserts are whisked to your table.. Dig in and feel the sugar rush, then shortly after the sugar wall! Haha.There is not a huge amount of customer to worker interaction but the guy who is always in there when I go in there is always super easy to talk to and is efficient at what he does.Feeling a bit peckish after your meal at home? Burn some calories walking to the parlour and grab yourself some ice cream. Trust me, you won't regret it... Or maybe you will after a Sundae. Enjoy!
