Fab burger nice salad and very healthy compared to mdonalds!!! I would come back when I get that urge. Not sure what everyone else is taking about but the fish was very fresh and crispy with perfect white chips (oil hasn't been reused)Not sure about x1 man coughing without a mask tho!!!

This is my local chippy and as others have said always used to be very popular. It has gone through several changes of owners over the last few years and I thought I would give it a chance today with a spring roll and chips.Well maybe I have missed something but a spring roll to me is packed with delicious oriental style vegetables. This one was filled with heavy sludge with a few peas and carrots in it. I have no idea what it was even meant to be. My instinct says this is left over chips chucked in the food processor but I could be wrong. The chips were fine but rather in the big hefty style without any crispiness.I'm really sorry but I certainly won't be returning.
