Star Fried Chicken in Southampton

I went on Wednesday they accept card payment and the very next day, I take out my card. The boss gave me an evil look say : Cash!There is a lady try to order and the boss also ignored her deliberly. I have lived in this area for 15 years and the boss never change his awful attitude and I don't expect he will ever change.But food is good, just don't expect to be treated with any human respect.

We order all the time and normally have no issues and food good but this order had stamp card discount in just eat app and reduced cost....food reduced too....chips not as good...salad poor....not a tomato in site and looks like thrown together

Service needs serious improvement. Food is cheap. I wouldn't go again.

Never ordering from here again! I never leave reviews but I had to this time as the food was disgusting. Chicken fillet burger I could make it better at home myself and the chips did not taste nice at all like they were old. Only had one bite and had to throw all my food away as I was not risking getting an upset stomach. Literally wasted my money.

Excellent service, also worth noting this is one of the only eateries on Burgess Road that accept card payments.

Ordered chicken, chips and a kebab. Chips and kebab were ok, the chicken was the driest and rubbery meat I've ever eaten in my life. Over 5 minutes to chew through one tiny piece of it. Threw 8 out of the 10 pieces of chicken away and am not making a sandwich. We will never be using this company again. Won't even give them the chance to rectify with another visit. I would consider walking in and ordering for a fresh meal but not delivering to my house again.

I'm a returning customer.. pizza are rubbish chicken tasty. Reason. For this review is I orderd chicken today at 4pm was told it be delivered at 535pm after ordering.. it now 620pm no food after asking for update on just eat app i had got a update.. order delayed till around 750pm.... so pretty much 4 hours for a few pieces of chicken to be delivered.. now this is taking pi#s thanks for letting me down I vote with my wallet you lost my custom

Great friendly workers but quality of food is average on a good day. I don't personally buy anything but donner as everything is over priced compared to the rest of Southampton.

We stopped off to have dinner whilst travelling. We mistakenly went into this shop. I had a chicken fillet meal and maye had mixed donner and some wings. The food was cooked fresh so took a while to arrive. My meal was a bit overcooked, chips, chicken. Fillet was huge. It all looked nice, big portions too. But the taste and flavor were average, prices were average. Wouldn't personally go back again.

Food arrived 2 hours late! Came burnt... how does food that's late come overcooked? Never again. #NeverAgain
