Tandoori Station in Southampton

Just wanted to leave a review after seeing a couple of bad ones...been using this place for some time now....the staff are polite and the food is amazing....Best in the area, I should know, I've tried them all... can't comment on delivery, I always collect....and there prices are very good as well...give them a go...in my opinion they are up there with the best in Southampton...

This is usually a good curry but tonight my husbands garlic chilli chicken had only 4 pieces of small chicken in it and when I phoned they did not listen to me and just said curry's have different ingredients but would not listen when I asked for someone to come round and replace it very rude and not considerate about my issues this is a very expensive curry and I expected better will not use again

Do not order from here!!! Took 3 hours, delived completely the wrong order then refused to answer any calls, and what they did deliver was awful had spilled all over the bag will not be using this place ever again

Disgusting customer service when complained about the fact my curry only had 4 pieces of chicken in it they did not want to know just kept saying all curries have different ingredients but REALLY only four pieces of small bits of chicken I asked for replacement but they wouldn’t very expensive for what I got with no customer service I expected better will not use them again GOA with 15% discount much better don’t go to tikka station they don’t care just want your money!!!!!

Have used tikka station several times now and to be honest never had any complaints. Unfortunately this evening’s meal was the worst I have ever had the misfortune of eating anywhere in the country. There were 5 of us and no one enjoyed any of the food that was presented! They were very busy and the food was an hour late. Busy or not the standard of cooking shouldn’t differ. Will give tikka station one more try, if things are the same, we will never use the place ever again!!!

Have used tikka Station in the past with no problems. But tonight was awful. Took an hour and half for food to come (rang after an hour) then driver turns up with not enough money to give change man at the shop blames this on covid. Call the shop they tell me to give the driver the money and they will bring my change later.....then take the food in the kitchen and half the order is missing. No sorry for the food not being right nor the driver having no change will never use again.

Love this place!! Best curry for miles.You must try! Really good price take away only, but bonus of 10% off if collecting.We have been using for years but always contact them directly and collected ourselves and never had any issues, longest we waited is 45mins at busiest time and happy to wait.I just order earlier if I need it ASAP!We live 2 minutes away and often get when we have guest and all have agreed its very tasty and great value.BRING CASH THOUGH AS THIS IS A CASH ONLY ESTABLISHMENT!!Staff are really friendly.Well done Tikka station!! 👏🏼

My favourite curry house, always friendly and food is delicious

Ordered meal via JustEat. Expected delivery time was lengthened almost straight away for 30 min later. Which put delivery time 1:15min from ordering. After hour and a half checked Just Eat app and it said order was already delivered over 20min earlier? JustEat customer service wasn't able to get hold of them and advised another 20min, and if not delivered then to chat to them about refund again. By that point it was just over 2h. Shortly after 'chat' I was able to reach them my self one the phone. Been told they very busy and sorry for delay/mix up on the up. And that my meal will be delivered next. 10 min after the phone it was finally delivered. Still hot and very good & tasty food. But due to long delivery experience will never order again.
