Poor quality fish and chips I must say! batter on the fish was anemic and soggy, the actual fish itself was mushy and poor quality, curry sauce was bland and thin. Threw it in the bin and went elsewhere

Fish was squashed into the bag with the chips. Chips were barely warm. Will not use again

Very greasy and fatty, fish was soggy and placed on top of the enemic chips which made them also very wet and soft. Chips seemed undercooked and doughy. Wouldn't recommend which is a shame because this used to be a quality chippy which has sadly gone massively downhill.

superb chip's in fact i would say they are the best in this city !

Soggy not cooked chips. Fish had so many hard bones it out me off. Certainly will not order again. Battered sausage x3 were swimming in fat. Yuck

Customer service extremely poor. The serving lady did not process my order correctly through the till, but she did repeat my order correctly to the chef. Hence I was missing the fish. No apology. I was then treated as a new customer & had to wait for the fish. No offer of keeping my existing order warm while waiting. She even informed the chef it was my fault. Food adequate. It was much better under the previous owners. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Great chippy excellent food freshly cooked, although they need to do something about the the young girl behind the counter having friends and family hanging around in there and being a good established she should not be wearing nail varnish and should be consentrating on service customers and not chatting. Also putting 2 pieces of fish in a bag together is obviously going to be a problem sticking together. Not happy.

I ordered 1. Chips with cheese 2. Seafood Bucket(little pack seen on photo) 3 . Fish and chips.The cod and chips wasn’t really bad and not good either. I could find a bit better with the price. Some of the chips were overcooked and hard.Sea food bucket was a small for around £6.50 but it did taste good.Chips with cheese, not impressed with this one, the chips tasted so dry.Hope this can help improve.

1st time ordering from them via Deliveroo. Cannot fault them. Fish was cooked perfectly, Chips were a massive portion. Delivery was quick. Food was Hot and tasty not greasy like some places. Well deserved 5☆. Keep it up we will be back

Chips were good enough - not excellent but not bad either. Fish (haddock) had several bones large and solid enough to be dangerous. If it wasn't for the poor preparation of the fish I'd probably give 4 stars. No comment on service, got delivery.
