Had breakfast here 4 days running as close to hotel and you can get free coffee refills. Good variety of breakfasts available . I had the freedom breakfast under 500 calories for £4.05. Latte was £1.20.My only issue was sometimes the food was not hot, so check. Staff happy to heat up.

Great food and the staff were extremely helpful. We had steak and it was cooked the way we wanted. Very reasonable price and free pint. What more can you want 😉

·

In principle I come here to taste different Ales as they change constantly and some of them would be difficult to find. I have to admit that they are pretty good and considering you can try before you buy I am never disappointed.

Spacious compared to other Wetherspoons in Southampton, specifically Giddy Bridge. Friendly and helpful staff, house floor clean but the toilets need some TLC. Busy as always, but it’s Wetherspoons so it’s bound to always be occupied.

·

Tables could of been cleaned when cleared🙄 ordered on the app, drinks a bit slow being brought over. One of the better meals I have had recently from a couple of wetherspoons 👏👏

·

We have visited here a number of times when in Southampton. On this occasion it was the least busy we have seen it, but the Christmas Market was on. As with all Wetherspoons you know what to expect. Fair priced drinks, reasonable quality food and all served as quickly as they can get it to you.

We went in for some drinks before an appointment we had. We used the app but after 20 minutes, no drinks so we asked to cancel the order as we would now be late if we stayed. This was no problem, and told it would come back to my card. We're now 4 weeks later (I appreciate the busy season), but despite providing all the evidence they needed, contacting customer services multiple times, no refund. It's almost not worth it at this point for the time I'm putting in and the money I'll be getting back

Use this one a lot. It's always been consistently good. Not this time. Steaks not cooked right and chewy. Most of the meal was cold. Manager took them away and was helpful but they came back over cooked and disappointing. The whole place looked like it needed a good clean too. Bar staff very good though.

This takes its name from its previous use as a bank. The building stands on the site of the centuries-old St Lawrence’s Church which was sold in 1923 and demolished soon after.......and was probably more interesting in those days than it is now.I've been to many 'Spoons and there are some really interesting and vibrant places - this was not one of them.

What a place to dine in for drinks and more! Simply fantastic. Silently loud ! Sepia blended interiors! And great crowd ! So spacious and large ! We had fun love at first sight with this haven! The drinks 🍺, the 🥘 and the ambience were syncing so well. Their cocktails are huge.Absolutely recommended for all ages! Economic as well. Just lived their pizzas and small eats! Sharing a few pics when I was still conscious to take one… 😄
