Uno Grill House in Southampton

This was my first visit and I absolutely loved the great customer service the cleanliness of the place and food was lush 😋 definitely coming back here and recommended 👌

My food was cold,the order was uncompletable and the chicken wasn t cooked enough

Been using this place regularly for the last 18 months and they have, on most, been ok. But today they have spectacularly failed . My pizza wasn’t cooked enough, it was very doughy and the topping undercooked.When I phoned to explain this I was met with a wall of silence, a bit of mumbling and no apology. TBH I thought they might have shown some dignity and replace my pizza. But nope, I’m still hungry and £9 outta pocket.There are many more places to choose from in this area, which is lucky because I won’t be using the Grill House anymore. Terrible customer service…

Nice place and a good guy always with a smile and willing to tell me about all the food on the menu. Had the lamb & chicken kebab. thanks hope you have the fish when next I visit. 👏👏👏

Never used before and was surprised by the x/large kebab, was very tasty super large amount of meat could probably feed 2 people delivery person was polite and friendly will definately be ordering again.

Kebab was awful. Hardly even cooked. Hardly any sauce and salad was rubbish.Chicken burger with salad came with no salad and covered in Bbq sauce till the point it was dripping.NOT HAPPY. DO NOT COME HERE.

Large donner kebab meat under cooked and like rubber. Chips very unde done. Had to bin the lot. Disgusting. Never ordering from here again

Great value doner and shish kebabs with lots of fresh salad. Lots of tasty chicken and I’ve not seen a bigger kebab for less than £7.

Friendly Kurdish speaking staff. Food quality is average and overpriced. Takeaway without any tessues, plastic spoons and forks!? Poor customer care.
