Myself and my family ordered from this place recently, and unfortunately had an unpleasant experience. Our food arrived late, most of the food was cold, and we had items missings. We called the restaurant to let them know we are missing some food and they tried to argue that we were wrong and that they did put the missing items in the bag, which wasn't true at all. I found their customer service skills very poor and rude. We got a refund via Ubereats and will never order from this restaurant again.

Horrible food and disgusting cold kebabs. I don't think I will order here again as this is a Horrible place the food took almost 3 hours to arrive we were given the wrong drinks and wrong food. Don't order from here and waste your money !!!This is not even 1 star this is a 0 disgusting horrible and a waste of good money.

Had the worst experience of ordering delivery which seems to be the narrative around the comments. I ordered via Uber eat but inserted wrong postcode. However, it is close to my place anyway.Driver arrived and I tried to instruct him back to my place. All he replied is ‘ I don’t know where ‘ as he moved further awayAt the end, he asked me go pick up the food from him which is already so far away. He said things like ‘It is your fault entering wrong location’ ‘I have waited for 30 mins’ (which was only 15 mins since his first call).I was going to give him extra tips at first knowing that I have used the wrong post code. Well, I guessed his poor attitude didn’t just damaged the reputation of this shop, but making himself earning less.

The worst burguer I ever ate. I ordered by Uber eats. It took more than 1 hour for them to deliver and 2 phone calls asking for updates. When I got the food, it was cold, tasteless and with a really bad aspect. I couldn't eat it. It wasn't properly cooked. Definitely a place not to visit and/or order from anymore.

Unfortunately this is the first review I have ever made, but I feel compelled to.Order was 50 minutes after the time stated on Uber eats, the drinks were warm and the food was cold.To top all that the chicken burger I had was absolutely hanging, gross food that I shouldn’t have eaten and Im definitely suffering today with some kind of food poisoning.Stay away

Abysmal. Order never arrived though they claimed to have delivered it twice, fortunately I have a Ring Doorbell so know for a fact they didn't. Said they left it on the doorstep of a house number our street doesn't even have so I can only assume they delivered it to a similar sounding street elsewhere. Had to call the store several times and even resorted to speaking to an online agent who sadly couldn't resolve the issue either, and after 3 hours of nothing I gave up and ordered from the Charcol Grill instead.Have spoke to my bank and will be charging it back ASAP. A real shame as I have ordered from their Ashford Branch plenty of times and never had an issue. Though with this experiance I am done with the company as a whole. If you wish to try them out though, use the Ashford Branch, avoid the Staines one like the plagueEdit: After reading some of the other reviews it seems that I am not alone with people who didn't get their orders at all. disgraceful

AWFUL, RUDE AND A BAD PLACE TO ORDER FROM!Firstly, food got delivered to wrong place, secondly waited over an hour to even expect our food, then when we didn’t receive the food called them was put on hold and then just not answered so we kept trying took 7 times before they answered, this was 12pm when I finally got through the person I spoke to was disrespectful and rude kept saying he will call the manager but never did and then put the food down then said we can’t have a refund, then ended the call. So I kept calling and he picked up again and I said that I want to talk to the manager now and then all of a sudden he will send food out but it won’t be until the next day which would’ve been technically that night however we was hungry and would’ve been once they opened again. Got so frustrated I said I will be going in tomorrow to talk to a manager and ended the call. Fair to say after tomorrow never ordering again the man I spoke to was rude and disrespectful and when you are working in a restaurant you learn to deal with customers in a certain way. DONT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT DISAPPOINTMENT. This isn’t the first time either which makes things worse.

The staff were nice and friendly and the shop wasn’t busy so the order taking was quick. However the food we ordered was not it. I ordered a kebab and my friend ordered a chicken burger and it was extremely disappointing to say the least. The kebab had a weird after taste and was very generic. The donner kebab was filled with more tomatoes and lettuce then actual kebab. The portion was extremely small and the meat was not nice. The chips was also generic and has no salt or sauce given. The only positive was the can doctor pepper. There is a reason why the shop is hidden and it should stay like that.

Not too busy taken orders quickly clean, making orders from fresh 🌟And the burgers 🍔 đŸ€€ it was so delicious, juicy, out of this worldThank you 😊
