Friendly service and coffees are always on point. The Cafe itself is smaller than alot of coffee shops I been to but it adds to the cosyness.

This is my favourite coffee establishment which is situated in Staines-upon-Thames high street.I visit very often with my wife because she really likes the chi latte on offer.The staff are very friendly and helpful and there are various cakes, biscuits and other goodies on offer if your not counting your calories.To sum up this is great coffee establishment if you want to have a break from the shopping experience.

Lovely coffee. Find other big companies coffee bitter. This was 1st time in a caffe Nero. Definitely my go to in a high st. Staff at Staines polite.

Lovely, clean and staff are friendly. Only downside is the seats are very low which makes it uncomfortable for taller customers or those with problems with their knees etc. Still a lovely coffee shop with tasty food and mochas.

Really great coffee and a relaxing atmosphere. Great for just chilling and enjoying the simple things in life!
