Costa Coffee in Spelthorne

Very good Caffè latte indeed with great GF flapjack. Plenty of space and tables in a busy centre for Staines upon Thames. Staff quick and helpful and friendly

Fine. It's Costa, same experience as almost every other Costa

Enjoyed a very lovely Mocha while the kids had a mint cooler. All were made perfect and was very delicious. Staff are always lovely and there is ample seating which some seats are near plug sockets so you can charge your phone or do work on your laptop while having a decent coffee or lunch in a calm but often busy cafe. Place is always clean but there can be a queue for the toilet at times but uts never too long. Great location right at the heart of the two rivers shopping centre.

Well I reviewed this place 11 months ago and gave them 4 stars but after today it’s going to change to a 1. Went in to order 2 coffees. Everyone else sitting down has their coffee in mugs and cups and they’ve given me 2 to takeaway. Really confused as I sat down looking around. Staff clearly half asleep this morning. Also some poor lady had to come in and ask them to pull the covers out outside as she was getting soaked. They had 3 staff you would think it’s not hard to do the basics.

It wasn’t good experience for me. Service was really rude. Gave me cold hot chocolate and when I complained about cold hot chocolate. He was really rude to me. That’s the normal temperature. He gave another really really hot chocolate. Chocolate was in chuncks. Didn’t enjoy at all. I ll never come back again

I love coffee.... so I love Costa 😁 lost a star because I am NVER buying food again, over 4 quid for a sandwich, 2 quid for a wafer, 70p for a Banana... a bunch of bananas is cheaper than that ad fresher 😅. Also its pretty standard food. I never visit for lunch due to the average food at above average prices but it still remains 4 stars ad the coffee is just one of the best... 100%, ,better than Starbucks and cheaper 😁

I am disgusted with the behaviour in this place. A couple with their young (3/4 year old) daughter, were managed in the most appalling way. Their daughter vomited at the front counter and instead of being reassured, they were made to feel like criminals. The couple were clearly embarrassed of the situation and when the employee came with the mop and bucket she just passed it on to the man to clean up. Another employee working at the counter was exchanging funny laughs with another customer. When I spoke out about this, I was approached by the manager asking me why I'm being rude and raising my voice, when I pointed everything out, she replied if it was my daughter then I would feel like I should clean it myself. Maybe I'm just cut from a different cloth but I saw very little customer service in this place , seems to be run by a number of immature children with little respect/empathy. I'm very disappointed in this place

I just really wanted to say thank you to staff for a really speedy and efficient service. Nothing was too much trouble, even when I asked for ketchup! I've been vegetarian for 30+ years and for health reasons, I've decided to reintroduce meat and fish back into my diet! This was my first proper bacon butty in years and it was absolutely light, lovely and delicious 😋. Thank you! (The fruit in the picture was from home)!

Good place to chill and take the weight off your feet after shopping. Cosy sofas to relax into!
