This used to be the best chippy in Sunbury. I tried it tonight for the first time in ages and it was awful! The chips had no flavour at all and just about passed as cooked and the ribs…they must have been on the hot plate for a week because they were so so dry and rock hard.

Lovely place and nice staff .doesnt look anything special from the front but its realy nice food

Not been to this fish and chip place for a while. Very friendly and efficient staff. Early evening - so not too busy. Fish was freshly fried - as were the chips. Piping hot when we got it home. Huge piece of cod and really good sized rock. Really crunchy batter which wasnt overly greasy. Chips were hot and very few 'bits'. Tasty supper. Will definity go back.

We had a piece of cod each & shared a portion of chips was too much for us to finish. The cod was freshly cooked and crispy, the chips were just right & the meal was not too greasy. Good quick meal when you are in a rush can phone order.

Extremely disappointed. Ordered what I thought was cod for £7.10 and haddock for £6.90 thinking it would come with chips because it’s had chips in the picture on Uber eats and also that’s a bit steep if a price for 1 piece of cod and 1 piece of haddock. But to my dissatisfaction nope no chips. Think you need to advertise better if you fish is gonna be that expensive.

Very disappointed, first time in a while that I’ve been here. Was so looking forward to it.Chips were absolutely shocking, drier then a nuns do da!!! I’ve not even tried the sausage, will probably throw that in the bin. Definitely won’t be going back there anymore. It use to be a great place to get your fish and chips from.

Always serving fresh food.. I bought large cod and portion of chips the quantity of chips is more than a portion as compared to others shop. I just loved it!

·

Not bad chips from this place. However portion sizes are not particularly big. 10 mins wait for a portion of chips. None of the staff wear hats or hairnets, little concerning from a food safety point of view. However staff seemed very nice and friendly, they made up for everything else otherwise would have given 2 stars.

Really runny curry sauce, like water! The batter on the sausages was not crispy and light. Very hard and stale. The chips were not very nice at all.The fish we got was a lot better cooked and the batter was a lot nicer.Very disappointed.

Get take away from here semi-regularly. Never a disappointing meal. Portions are usually so big they don't fit on dinner plates. Excellent quality fish, tasty chips.
