Golden Grill in Spelthorne

Don't get what you asked for and when you say something is missing they say you didn't ask for that. Also my daughter wanted salad, she got 1 piece of tomato and 1 slice of cucumber. We didn't get my sons kebab, so had to ask for it. When we got home the kebab looked like it had been thrown in😤

Myself, husband and 3 children (including a toddler) are staying at the Premier Inn just across the road from here and we visited this place for tea. The staff were immediately welcoming and accommodated our toddler and pushchair. The staff here are wonderfully friendly and have lovely smiles. We placed our order and the food arrived in good time. The portions are huge. Even the small kebabs were big. We had to cancel a portion of the chips as we had too much food. The food here is some of the best food we have had this side of Turkey. We ordered sundaes for pudding and were feeding our toddler from our spoons and one of the ladies brought over an espresso mug full of cream and sauce with a spoon for our toddler to eat. Awesome place. You won't be disappointed.

Loved the food and the hospitality of the staff, I was there for iftaari (breaking my fast) and they made it very nice and special for me.. Also complemented with some extra bit.. Food was the top notch, big up to all the friendly staff 👍👏

First of all, it is a Turkish fast food restaurant. I had ordered a quarter of a chicken with fries. The chicken was tasteless, but with a crispy crust and the potatoes were no different from most fast food restaurants. I give him 3 stars because the staff is good, the atmosphere is nice, but of course there is more to be desired. However, it is not a chic restaurant with gourmet burgers to rate it 5 stars.

We’ve used this place quite a few times over the last couple of years, probably 7/8 in total. Sometimes for a dine-in breakfast on a weekend, where we’ll have the usual fry-up which is a decent portion size, good menu to chose from.Whereas other times we will get a takeout usually in the form of a kebab or burger and every time the food is good.My only complaints are whenever I try to order for delivery it always selects Golden Grill 2 which is not this shop 🤷🏼‍♂️.Also i would like it to be open later, but if the business level doesn’t warrant late-night opening then I get that.

Lovely Turkish restaurant located in Sunbury upon Thames. I ordered doner meat, chips and salad from Deliveroo. The delivery was speedy and driver very friendly. Staff are friendly, attentive and informative. The doner meat was tender and juicy, whilst the chips were crunchy, garnished with chilli and mayo it is mouthwatering. Salad was also very fresh and complimented the meat and chips.Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the local area for great food and excellent customer service.

We were staying in a hotel nearby and went for a walk to see what was around for food and came across this absolute little gem!!The food is very reason priced, you could be dubious about the price but don't be as the food is wonderful quality and great portion sizes. I had the 8 nuggets and chips with salad and the nuggets were super crispy. A friend had a mixed kebab and it was huge and he said it was really nice.Cost around £35 for 4 of us with drinks.Came again for breakfast and it was just as good fast service, great choice of food and a great price.Over all, people are friendly and efficient

I have been here a number of times and I simply can't fault them. The staff are always friendly and polite, the food is exceptional and the atmosphere is so pleasant.Service is fast and the food is always perfect. I highly recommend the cheese omelette - very fluffy, good ratio of egg and cheese, and always piping hot! And the chips are divine - wonderfully crispy! It's my favourite thing on the menu 😁😍

This is more of a swanky kebab place. Really enjoyed the take away from here. The place looks really nice inside, not your typical greasy spoon place. They TAKE CARD! Which is super helpful as i never have cash.
