Harris & Hoole, Sunbury-On-Thames, Middlesex in Spelthorne

After a bit of shopping I went into this cafe inside tescos Sunbury-on-Thames and found David Debbie and jessie to be absolutely lovely, service with a smile, the table area couldn't of been more clean . My sausage and egg roll was great and priced ok. Overall considering I went in to have a cuppa I found that to be a lovely experience. Great gang thank you

Cost 30% more than any other coffee shop, even top notch ones. The coffee is VERY average at best.

Very nice place to hang out before or after doing your shopping.

Poor variety just paninis and 3 menu options. Had posh beans more like posh Vomit! See picture. Bulbs are glass chandeliers and bumped my head twice as they hang to low! Sure they will be sued soon!!!

Banana cake is not fresh, coffee is not in good in taste.

This place is awful. We came in just after it opened & it looked like the end of the day. It looks dirty, the floor needs sweeping & cleaning. The fella that served us needs a rocket up his bum & show some enthusiasm. He cant even be bothered to tie his apron so walksaround with it dragging on the floor. His shoes are filthy.The sides behind the counter are dirty. Cakes etc are near the till with no cover over them so anyone can touch them, cough or sneeze over them.The windows are filthy. How this place hasnt been closed downI never know, disgusting.

Used to be good, not so much anymore since they gutted the menu and did away with the proper cooked breakfasts. They also run out of cakes by about 2:30 everyday. Too much cost saving and not enough customer focus.The coffee is still good, but with a Costa a short drive (or even walk) away, I know who’s loyalty points I get more value from.

Great coffee and cake, apart from that that’s about it, seats are dirty staff are friendly I always take away because of the dirty seats would rather sit in the car, shame really because it used to be really busy but I think everyone is thinking the same thing, gone down hill in the last year, shame

Very glossy place with great decor, but coffee is sub standard and over priced. It doesn't matter what fancy patterns you attempt on my cappuccino, it's the taste that matters.
