Jalsha Takeaway in Spelthorne

This is the best Indian takeaway for miles! We had the lamb Kushboo and the lamb Halyari, with keema and peshwari naan. We have enjoyed these so much more than any other curry houses! Incredible… absolutley recommend this place to everyone!

The service was great and delivery guy really friendly and professional.The food was very light and doesn't sit heavy on your stomach like curry usually does, however this did come at the cost of having rather bland food as well as having very little meat to sauce ratio. I did like how the chicken was actually cut into more bitesize pieces, as opposed to having half a chicken breast in the sauce though.It was not a bad meal, but as far as curries go, not somewhere we will return in a hurry.

Quite possibly the best indian takeaway to have ever graced my tastebuds. I had the chana massalla and briefly visited another dimension, it was absolutely beautiful I have no critiques. Overall price was very pleasing too !

Awesome takeaway. Easily the best in the area, and haven't found anywhere else that tops it. My family have been ordering from Jalsha for nearly 20yrs. Everything from really creamy shahi korma to nice and spicy jalfrezi, I recommend the passanda, michwagan, bhuna and madras too. Online ordering and payment make things nice and easy to boot.

Fantastic takeaway Indian restaurant. I have been customer for 15+ years. Food is always superb. Good size portions, great taste. Always found the staff to be friendly.It can be busy especially Friday and Saturday nights so expect a wait.

This food was absolutely delicious. Not everywhere does a good Passanda but these folk do, and it was really really good. The price was pretty good as well and the portion sizes were generous. Don't leave near by unfortunately, but when I am visiting the area next, I will be sure to head back. No eat in option available. Take away only

Food from here is generally good. Not had anything that's been bad but I will say the only dish we haven't enjoyed and everyone else whos tired it from here is the korma. It's very bland with not much flavour. Hardly any coconut in it I think. Not sweet at all. I will say that most of the time temperature seems to be an issue. It never seems to be particularly hot which is slightly annoying. Even if you go and get it and wait for it. It's never really more then warm. Only complaint really.
