Mcdonald's Restaurants in Spelthorne

Two orders during one week, first order, double quarter pounders, came out singles, customer near me the same! Order chocolate milkshake, came out strawberry, to late I'm two miles away, how hard can it be, youth of today, useless!

Slow service with a priority on the Delivery drivers. Also the self service machine didn’t print out so confusion over the order.

Very helpful and courteous manager/staff. Would love to go there again

We haven't been to McDonalds for over 15 years and I was pleasantly surprised, we parked outside with no problem, the cafe was virtually empty, no queues, so clean and no litter anywhere. Lovely young girl served me, sadly I didn't see her name to mention it. I bought 2 quarter pounders with cheese and fries with drinks as meal deals. Only came to just over £10 which was amazing. We sat in the car to eat it and we thoroughly enjoyed every mouthful. Well done McDonalds.

We love a Sunday lunch every now and then. My toddler loves the ice cream

Food hot and welcome! Carpark challenging especially trying to park in disabled bay - appeared to be used by people waiting for orders.....

Rude and unless always messing orders up and have no manners or customer service

My son found a dead beetle in his food while fishing in Lammas.. He rung the McDonalds and spoke with a man that hung up on him and then rung again and spoke to a women who did exactly the same thing… So he attended with his Mother and got a refund and offer of a McFlurry which was refused because it made him feel sick..I also got food poisoning from there a good few years ago and so did my son, we ate dodgy chicken selects and I’ve never returned since.. Hopefully my son will now learn his lesson and never return … Like you all should do.. Happy eating

Very nice smell👌 reminds me of home. One of the employees was called Mac he was really cool. Only 4 stars cause I couldn't use the drive through even though I was in a wheelchair.

Dirty dirty dirty. Terrible service. Staff treat all customers like criminals thinking they will steal food. Avoid this place.
