Nando's - Staines in Spelthorne

A consistent display from Nando's. The chicken was well cooked, the only downside is that extra hot was not extra hot at all.

This is the best restaurant I've ever been to, would always eat here if I could, and I will. The staff here is top-tier, very friendly and the service was very quick. Moreover, as a person with social anxiety, the cashier did a great job at making it easier for me to cope with ordering.<3

We had a dinner here Friday night. Car park was free after 6 pm This brunch is very busy!!! We waited around 5-10min and staff are generally friendly and busy!! We have ordered whole chicken combo ( whole chicken and 2large side or 4reg side) It’s very enough for two😬 it’s around £23. We had a great time !

Great food as always by Nandos.Few missing ingredients meant we couldn't have enjoyed our meals to the fullest.Had a few issues that was later on resolved after bringing it up, such as low drink syrup and sticky cups, except for the lack of condensed milk for the choco cake.

Who doesnt love a nandos. Menues removed and just a peper menu (covid) cash only at the till or order online at the table. Was very quiet as early evening, food was good, can find Nandos hit and miss sometimes but again as it was quiet I guess the staff had time to make sure the food was perfect.

This is one of our Local Nandos.There are very busy but also their food doesnt take ages to come.Most of the poeple go to nandos but its the experience they receive.We had a excellent customer service from staff Omar.He Sanitised our Table, got our Sauces which i requested.He was always available. Whatever we asked on the table he got it as quick as possible.The Hot Sauces were Available😋😋😋The food was excellent too.Once again amazing food and service.

Foodwise it's a nandos so oven chips and chicken, you know what you're getting. Was Told about a 15min wait even though there were free tables and the whole of upstairs was empty. Not a complaint just an observation. Toilets need a clean. They aren't filthy just hadn't been looked after. The young lad clearing up the tables seemed nice. No complaints but nothing to rave about.

Visited here around lunchtime on Tuesday, good atmosphere and not too busy.The food was of fair standard, expected better from nandos especially being first time visiting a nandos since the begining of the pandemic. Chicken was a little dry, not juicy like it normally was. Portions are huge if you're into that.Toilets could have been cleaner as they were really messy, god forbid someone disabled would have to use it as it was really unsanitary.

Had to book into venue using covid nhs app. Ordering on line via a qr code on table. Food came quickly. Couldn't fill ur drink glass up yourself but staff asked about 4 times throughout meal if we needed anything. Food was good, chicken succulent & peri chips yummy with coleslaw was tasty. Only marked down as lights quite dusty

No overly impressed, table sticky and light shades were very dusty, needs a good microfiber! Service was good but in the rush for ordering online, no one told us we could not use The Restaurant Card we had, apparently it needed manually entering. Chicken was fine but not blown away, hated the feel on the leather-looking seats and we had some dirty cutlery (some to do with watermarks)! Won't be rushing back unfortunately, sorry Nandos!
