Pizza Hut in Spelthorne

Went for the unlimited buffet, food was hot and fresh, but the plates were not clean. I pulled one from the stack that had not even been washed, and every one after that seemed to be greasy on the bottom.

Except hygiene at salad counter everything is great. Even salad is amazing. What is not communicated to customers at salad counter is resulted in unhygienic situation. Self serving salad does not mean people stand there and eating and dropping things from mouth on the salad counter.

Not very good pizzas not labeled so did i know what they were and they didn't look to good either.. I had a lasagne which was more cheese then pasta only 2 sheets. All in all not good.

Great, quick and friendly service from the waiters. Good hygiene. A great selection of alcohol available for me to pick from. I really enjoyed my time at the restaurant alongside the lovely food.

No heating at all, place was frozen cold. The pizza ordered missing some ingredients and we needed to add other topping. The drink was flat, flat meaning it was undrinkable.

Absolutely rubbish, small pizza straight out the freezer and into the microwave ….. my dogs a better pizza chef then these jokers, also have me the s**ts….. had a turtle head for hours while I was shopping because I don’t like public toilets…. Now my toilet looks like a public toilet 🚽 🤢🤮

great serives, came here week ago with my family and some people. i don't know them, do you? Lets see..Anyways, great peoples - manager real nice guy, he told us he is willing to put his life on line for our servicings.Lady on bar very nyc too, she said dnt worry i am do order u never seen before, trust me. All in all, gr8 nice thing, we eat 17pizza and each one was so hot tht it burned hole thru my jeans and my shoe caught fire.i love it. thnx guys!!

Food was served piping hot and tasted great. Great options for vegetarian and vegans too. The staff are very friendly and polite. My queries were dealt with before I had a chance to ask which goes to show the experience and attentiveness of the staff working tonight.They were very short staffed today and still managed to be extremely professional and courteous when having to turn away disappointed customers due to not having enough staff to serve them.

Nice eating out experience..salad cart full..refill drinks. If you prefer u can scan the code on the table and order your food online rather than have the waitress come to your table also we were able to take leftovers home in a box

Went here for my daughters birthday, I didn't have high hope as I thought pizza hut had gone down hill.Meet and greet was slow upon arrival, but once they came over they were pleasant enough, showed us to a table which still had to be cleaned. So we waited while this was done.Then as it seems to be everywhere nowadays they said order via the app, well in true fashion the app didnt work for us. So we got the waitress to take our order, which she was happy enough to do.Food was decent, service was a bit slow and they didnt really point out where the refillable drink station was or the salad bar was.Toilets were relatively clean, baby changing toilet was very clean. Overall the place is good for a relatively cheap family meal
